Virtual crop study become one of the focus and hot issues because of its great potential applicative prospect.Virtual crop modeling use the crop individuals and groups as the research object,make use of the visual technique,use the computer as the way,realize the realistic growth in the three-dimensional space.The virtual crop provide the technical foundation for researchers to analyse the morphologic structure of crop accurately,realize the structual model combined with the functional model,design the ideal high-yield crops.The purpose of this study is basing on the test data in the field and the predecessors'summaries,try our best to analyze and distill the morphologic structure of rice accurately through the continuous in-depth study of the rice growth,and then using L-system etc related technique,converting the valid data to the corresponding geometry or image information, constructing the spatial structure and the morphologic model of the rice organs,realize the visual expression of the rice panicle and rice roots in the computer,laid the foundation for the growth of rice.(1)Using the method that integrating the test data in the field,the improved bending deformation model and the space coordinates system,apply the algorithms and the bending deformation model to draw all the secondary branches and primary branches according to the different load cases of the branches and axes,and then realize the simulation of the bending changing model about the whole rice panicle.The result shows that the model acquires a good simulative effect.(2)Modeling the different rice panicle models and virtual rice system according to the bending deformation model and the different morphologic character.Based on the reference data,using the related program tool,realizing the three type models of virtual dynamic rice panicle,and then realizing the whole virtual rice panicle growth system..(3)Introducing the similarity testing theory based on the analytical comparison methods to measure the similarity between the virtual rice panicle and the real rice panicle.Constructing the tree structure according to the branches of the rice panicle,converting one of the tree structure to another by a series of operations,and then calculating the cost and the value of similarity by the formulas.The results shows that the bending deformation model has the highest similarity.(4)Modeling the dynamic model of rice root by the L-system expression based on the depiction of the morphologic character about the rice root.The results shows that this model can show the dynamic process of the growth development about the rice root,the effect is good.We realize the anticipated result through the way combining the data with the mathematical model.
