Swine Eperythrozoonsis was a contagion of the human and livestock by Eperythrozoonsuis infecting.The swine was parasitized by the Eperythrozoonsuis that it was a microorganism on red cells and in plasm and marrow.All kinds of animal mould be infected by the Eperythrozoonsuis. All kinds of animal would be infected by the Eperythrozoonsuis.severe economic loss was formed by the sick. Eperythrozoonsis were reported in our country.In the november 2008,the pig were breed on jiangsu.Fever,jaundice,anaemia and icterus were manifested in these pigs. This experiment took 15 nature infeeted Epehrozoonosis young pigs for experiment alanimal.The epidemic disease was confirmed that it was Swine Eperythrozoonsis because of PCR. In the foundation of PCR, The study on morphologic diagnosis method of E.suis and The Observation of the Pathologic Morphology of Swine Eperythrozoonsis was maked by Wright's, Giemsa, Giemsa-Wright's, Goodpasture and PAS methods and HE . Under optical microscope after Goodpasture we can see the blood cells are orange, The E.suis was staine creamy and stick to surfaces of blood cell show a radial pattern.After PAS we can see the blood cells are orange The E.suis was staine creamy. E.suis stick to surfaces of blood cell show coronavirus-like. The The experiment show that the coincidence rate of PCR and PAS was 92%.The detectiong rate of PAS and Goodpasture was higher than Wright's. Pathological anatonly Indicate that the sick Pig each organiZation all have certain damage,in Particular liver,lung and kidney quite serious. Lungs fundamental pathological changes are pulmonary congestion,edema,lung interstitial tissue thickening and fibrosis Pulmonary congestion with dilated capillaries and leakage of blood into alveolar spaces leads to an increase in hemosiderin-laden macrophages;The dominant pathological features of liver were proliferation of spindie cells, extravasation of erythrocytes and deposits of hemosiderin. the blood cells swelling and, hemolysis. liver cells turgescence, granular denaturation; the renal tubuler cast glomerulus of kidney narrow and contains many blood cells and fibrinous exudate.The results of this study suggest that PCR is a good method to diagnosis the pigs with the apparent clinical symptoms and preclinical infection of the E.suis very well; Morphological diagnosis method studies have shown that except conventional diagnostic methods of Giemsa,Wright's stain , Goodpasture stain and PAS stain can also play a role in the test of eperythrozoonosis; The Pathological anatonly indicate that the sick Pig each organiZation have certain damage. We hope that we can make the valueable theoretical instruction for the researeh of Pathogenie mechanism.
