| In order to research the effects of different covering materials on dynamic change of soil water of Lycium Barbarum. orchard, growth indexes, yield, and fruit quality of Lycium Barbarum. And based on these results, we choice the suitable covering materials for wolfberry cultivation in Jingtai County. We designed experiment of plastic film mulching, straw mulching, and fine sand mulching. The soil water content, spring slightly growth, plant height, basal diameter growth, water physiological indexes, yield, and fruit quality indexes are measured in different growth and development stages. We have obtained below conclusions via analyzing results of the experiment.1. Mean annual soil water contents of three kinds of mulching treatments are all higher than bare land. It is showed that there is considerable difference among soil water content of different soil layers. It is different that the changes of soil water content in different growth and development stages of Lycium Barbarum, especially in the 0~60cm layer. It is film mulching that keeping higher and stable water in 0~60cm layer. It is showed that the order of comprehensive effect is MF>JF>SF>CK.2. Spring slightly length increment are higher than bare land as 13.5cm, 18.3cm and 12.5cm after it is covered by film, straw and fine sand. Spring branch are higher than bare land as 1.18mm and 0.31mm after it is covered film and straw. Plant height is higher than bare land as 10cm when it is covered by film. Lycium Barbarum growth of three mulching treatments are all better than bare land, and the order of facilitative effect is MF>JF>SF.3. The lower value of leaf lamina water content between two irrigations is less than bare land as 4.65% after it is covered by fine sand. The lower value of lamina water content to film, straw and fine sand is less than bare land as 5.66%, 4.61% and 8.29% after 24 hours dehydration. It is fine sand mulching to improving the ability of resisting dehydration.4. Mulching can respectively increase wolfberry's yield and hundredgrainweight. Compared to the bare land treatment, the order of stimulation effect with three mulching treatment is film mulching(21.12%)>straw mulching(14.95%)>fine sand mulching (7.81%); the order increasing effect of hundredgrainweight with three mulching treatments is film mulching(22.54%)>fine sand mulching(10.83%)>straw mulching(10.34%).5. Compared with fine sand mulching, fruit protein of film mulching and straw mulching are higher than it as 8.47% and 7.29%. Polysaccharide content of straw mulching is higher as 47.48% than bare land. There is not notable influence among all treatment of flavonoid content. Carotenoid content of fine sand mulching, film mulching and straw mulching are all extremely significantly higher than bare sand as 42.581g/100g, 31.900g/100g and 40.451g/100g. The order of comprehensive effect of three mulching treatments is MF>JF>SF.6. The result of comprehensive evaluation shows that improving effect of film mulching, straw mulching and fine sand mulching are all better than bare land, and the order of comprehensive effect is MF>JF>SF>CK. |
