In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the research progress of the domestic demand of water demand and fertilizer and crop water-fertilizer coupling, the sand-pressed mantle is used as a research object, and a comparative and orthogonal test design is used to design Yindong,Hongyuan Village,Xiangshan Township,Zhongwei City,Ningxia Province. The natural team conducted field experiments to study the law of water demand and manure requirements in the grit-bearing land in the central arid region of the Ningxia region, and established a water and fertilizer coupling model for sand mantle production. The main research results are as follows:(1)The potential evapotranspiration during the whole growth period is 618.7mm.The irrigation quota has a significant effect on the water consumption of the sand-bearing mantle(P<0.05).The larger the irrigation quota, the greater the water consumption of the earthworm.During the whole growth period, the water consumption for the irrigation quotas of 300 m3/hm2,225 m3/hm2,and 150 m3/hm2 was 535.76mm,470.6mm,and 354.4mm,respectively.The water consumption for the entire fertility was the lowest in the autumn fruit and deciduous period. The largest amount of water consumed was the initial fruit enlargement period-full fruit period. The irrigation water treatment rate of 150 m3/hm2 was the highest, which was 23.53%and 1.96%higher than that of the irrigation quota of 300 m3/hm2 and 225 m3/hm2.The water use efficiency of the irrigation quota of 225 m3/hm2 was higher than the irrigation quota respectively.Treatments at 150 m3/hm2 and 300m m3/hm2 were 12.58%and 14.24%higher,respectively.(2)Irrigation quota had a significant effect on the chlorophyll content, growth index and photosynthesis of sand-bearing mantle(P<0.05).The length of shoot chlorophyll, plant height and stem diameter all increased with the increase of irrigation quota. The amount of fertilization applied to sand-bearing mantle chlorophyll There was no significant effect on shoot length growth index and photosynthesis(P>0.05).The irrigation quota was the main factor affecting the chlorophyll and growth indicators of the sand-bearing mantle. The amount of fertilizer was a secondary factor that affected the chlorophyll and growth indicators of the sand-bearing mantle.(3)Appropriate water stress was beneficial to the increase of the content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides. With the increase of irrigation quota, the content of A?-carotene and flavonoids increased first and then decreased. The content of Bismuthenine increased with irrigation quota. And decrease. The effects of fertilizer application on the content of flavonoids and ?-carotene in the alfalfa were significant(P<0.05).The content of alfalfa flavonoids and P-carotene increased with the increase of fertilizer application amount. The content of polysaccharides had no significant effect(P>0.05),and the betaine content in the lotus root first increased and then decreased with the increase of fertilization.(4)Irrigation quota had a significant effect on chlorophyll content, growth index and photosynthesis of sand-bearing mantle(P<0.05).The length of shoot chlorophyll, plant height and stem diameter all increased with irrigation quota increasing. The amount of fertilizer applied on sand mulberry chlorophyll and growth index No significant effect on photosynthesis(P>0.05).The irrigation quota is the main factor affecting the chlorophyll and growth indicators of the sand-bearing mantle. The amount of fertilizer is the secondary factor that affects the chlorophyll and growth indicators of the sand-bearing mantle. The results obtained from this thesis on the water demand, fertilizer demand, yield and water-fertilizer coupling model and optimal combination scheme in the sand-bearing land of the Central Arid Region of Ningxia in the central region of Ningxia can be used for the efficient utilization and promotion of water and fertilizer resources in the sand-bearing mantle in the central Xiangshan region of Ningxia.Theoretical basis.
