The theory of static electricity spray has been developed very thorough, the principle of the fog turning process has been studied very thorough, spraying fog application for the static electricity in the agriculture prevention and cure pest, have already shown the huge potential. The basic designing theories, structure and working process of this box were theoretically specified in the paper. And then the atomization quality and droplet cover distribution of this box were studied by carrying out performance experiment and statistic analysis. The research of fog device has already opened the exhibition in a lot of research field. The test carry on related record of the experiment, the analysis with data, the conclusion is as follows:(1) The sectional liquid spray head that is designed can be applied in the common spray directly, fog turns the result good, and the cost is cheap, manufacture is in brief.(2) The machine that is designed can manufacture the electric voltage to continue the adjustable static electricity to take place. The exportation electric voltage is in the 0-80 KV. Which can raise the safe and dependent. It is used for different fields, such as the static electricity select quality and the powder static electricity spraying.(3) Spray fog pressure under the three condition of 0.1 MPa, 0.15 MPa and 0.2 MPa, the average diameter of the spray fog can be distinguished for the 80.2 um, 74.9 um and 65.4 um. The pressure continues to enlarge, the diameter of the spray fog will have to let up, but not obvious. So, the 0.2 MPa pressure can be the best pressure.(4) Along with the aggrandizement of the electric voltage, The electric current grows, when the electric voltage increases to go to over the 2400V, The electric current stop the trend of growing, on the contrary, it let up. When the electric voltage to above the 2400V, inside the spray head, there is a phenomenon of giving or getting an electric shock dizzy, the negative ion of output air weaken the field of the electrostatic induction electric field, thus lowered a lotus of fog the electricity level. This may be the reason.(5) Compared to the normal regulations, the efficacy of medicine to raise nearly 10 percentage points. According to the importance for the result influence of the experiment, the factor row one by one in order is the spray fog pressure, static electric voltage and the spraying bore diameter and spray fog height. Find out the A3B3C2D2 is the best factor level of the prevention and cure wheat aphid, that is, when spray, the spray fog pressure should keep in the 0.2 MPa, the static electric voltage regulates the 2400V, the spraying bore diameter should choose the 3.4mm, spraying fog height should keep in the 1.1m, there will be the best result.
