China is a pesticide use big country, but the use of pesticides has been lagging behind, mainly due to pesticide spraying appliances. Lower the traditional spraying appliances pesticides utilization, most pesticides not only lost to the soil, causing environmental pollution, and residues in food crops surface, resulting in a serious food security problems, and so has important implications for pesticide spraying appliances. Statically determinate spray technology can effectively solve these problems, and electrostatic spray core is the electrostatic nozzle. Firstly, the theory of electrostatic spray technology, and then produced a hydraulic combination charging electrostatic nozzle, and finally carried out the relevant tests.In this paper, the electrostatic spray test bench hardware debugging and software design. The test bed, including the transmission of the liquid nozzle rise and pan, the rotation of the tubes and spray the detection of four parts. The hardware debugging MCU control circuit, it is based on the LM3S1138controller chip as the core, Based on the need for external serial communication circuit, relay driver circuit, the AD sampling circuit and proximity switch interface circuit. Software design and debugging of each module to complete the liquid spray, data acquisition and testing.In this paper, the basic principle of electrostatic spray theoretical analysis, the first hydraulic atomization charging electrodes are combined and the combination made the principle of electrostatic applicator. Followed by the electrostatic nozzle, the droplet with a nozzle of the same polarity charge, target crops are induced in the opposite charge, so the droplet in the effect of electric force to target directional movement.The modification, on the basis of the existing Teejet nozzle developed hydraulic combination charging electrostatic nozzle, major design ideas include:the design of the charging principle, the structural principle of the choice of parameters of design and the electrostatic nozzle. Finally, by connecting a high voltage electrostatic generator and a high-pressure pump test bench related test, test mainly include contrast conventional spray and electrostatic spray atomization and deposition, at the same time to establish the size of droplet size, droplet uniformity, droplet coverage, droplet charge to mass ratio formula, draw the droplet spectrum and droplet distribution curve. The conclusions obtained are as follows:1) electrostatic spray droplet size smaller, narrow range of droplet spectrum, the increased uniformity of the droplet.2) electrostatic spray, spray pressure, droplet size smaller droplet distribution becomes uniform, and according to the theory of biological particle size,0.2Mpa best spray pressure.3) With the electrostatic charging voltage increases, the droplet charge to mass ratio also increased, but when the droplet charge to mass ratio but reduce the voltage exceeds2.2kV,2.2kV is the best electrostatic charging voltage value.4) compared with conventional spray electrostatic spray coverage, deposition, obtained by calculating the electrostatic spray liquid loss accounted for a little of the total the liquid loss less basically meet the test requirements.
