Compared with conventional spray technology, electrostatic spray technology has a smalldroplet size. Some components of the nozzle design isunreasonable, requires further optimization of in-depth research; nozzle atomizationperformance and the Dutch motor management need.Select PTFE manufacturing electrostatic nozzle, key research0.6mm,0.8mm,1.0mm,1.2mm nozzle diameter electrostatic nozzle atomization performance and chargingperformance test, find the nozzle diameter, pneumatic, hydraulic, and charging voltageinfluence of atomization performance and charging performance.Atomization performance and the charge performance test result, to find the combinationof the best Pneumatic induction-type electrostatic applicator nozzle aperture, pneumatic,hydraulic, and the charging voltage.Selecting the gas pressure in the under different nozzle aperture, the liquid pressure, thecharging voltage of three experimental factors, each factor has three levels. The electrostaticthe nozzle atomization performance and charge performance test using orthogonalexperimental design, greatly reducing the number of trials in the case meet the test results.The tests showed that:(1) the nozzle aperture electrostatic the nozzle atomizationperformance and charging performance;(2) in the same nozzle diameter, pneumatic,,hydraulic, and charging voltage electrostatic nozzle atomization performance has an impact,however, significant impact is not the same, the pneumatic and hydraulic impact onatomization performance significantly high, the charging voltage in the range of papers testdroplet volume diameter and the spray angle is small;(3)under the same nozzle aperture,pneumatic, hydraulic, and the charging voltage on the charging performance of theelectrostatic nozzle have an effect, but significant impact is not the same, the pressure andvoltage on the atomization performance significantly high.Tests found: electrostatic nozzle of this type, considering the performance of atomizationperformance and charge, nozzle diameter at0.8mm, the gas press of0.2Mpa, and the liquidpressure is0.05Mpa, the charging voltage of-1500V electrostatic effect of the spray nozzlebetter.
