Because of the disserve of paulownia witche's broom,Foresty has a great loss.For many years,much people of the world have done lots of reaserch on it .And have achieved much success.But the reaserch about the mechanism and method to prevent and cure paulownia witche's broom hasn't been breakthrough.The paper take the seedlings of p.tomentosa Xp.fortunei paulownia infected witche's broom as the experiment material .Reaserch on the effect on the morphological and the preotin change that treated by different concentration of 5-Aza and NAA and rif ampin. The main results are as following:1. 5-Aza has a certainty effect on the degree of witche's broom of Paulownia seedlings that infected witche's broom.The degree of hyperplasia of axillary bud is decrease and the leaf seta is increase ,after treated by 100, 150, 200μmol? L^-15-Aza.2. Certain concentration of NAA can increase the effect on abating the symptom of Paulownia witche's broom by 5-Aza.The effect of abating the symptom of witche's broom is dramatically when 5- Aza. and 0.3 mg ? L^-1NAA are used together. But the axillary bud still appear.3. Appropriate concentration of 5- Aza and rifampin and NAA can restrain paulownia witche's broom. 100 mg· L^-1 and 120 mg·L^-1 rifampin can restrain paulownia witche's broom dramatically and the symptom disappear.But the leaves of seedlings are sear or falling off. Using lower concentration of rif ampin can restrain the symptom when 5-Aza is used together.Treament of 150 μmol ? L^-15- Aza+80 mg ? L^-1 rif ampin+0. 9 mg? L^-1 NAA can restrain paulownia witche's broom.4. The protein (pI6.8 24kD) exist in the healthy seedlings can not be observed in the seedlings of witche's broom. This indicate that the protein possibly has some realationship with paulownia witche's broom.
