The effect of envelope control-release urea technology during cucumber planting on yield, quality, soil enzyme activity, root microorganism activity, soil nutrient and growth had been studied in Longdong loess plateau. Some treatments were carried out for our studied, including different envelope control-release urea efficiency, contrasted 60-day-control-release urea(D60) and common urea efficiency, commixed different envelope control-release urea and common urea with ratio 3:3, and envelope control-release urea with Phosphor and Kalium 3-11B effciency. With the experiment results, we analyzed the optimal method of envelope control-release urea of cucumber, the economy quantity of fertilization, the economy efficiency of envelope control-release urea, the change of soil nutrient, nitrogen absorbed and used efficiency, the relativity of soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient.The main results:1. The yield was 24.3 t/hm2 with D90, which was the highest yield and increase 36.9% to urea treat. The result of D60 and urea treat showed that the highest yield was got at the ratio 1.0:1.0, 6.38 t/hm2 increased to that only use urea treat, the increase production ratio was 37.65. The result of commixed different envelope control-release urea and common urea with ratio 3:3 showed that the yield had been increased 29.3% and 26.5% than urea treat with D30-D60 and U-D30-D60, the optimal method for nitrogen dosage was x1 (U) =105.0kg, x2 (D60) =262.5kg, x3 (D30) =157.5kg, which could lead yield to 122.595 t/hm2. but the optimal economy efficiency was appeared in the D30-D60 treat, and 58,830 yuan increased for each hectare. And then U-D60-D30 could get 56,300 yuan increased for each hectare. The ratio of products and cost arrived at the highest level (15.46:1) in UD60D30. The results envelope control-release urea with Phosphor and Kalium 3-11B efficiency showed that if the yield higher than 93.0 t.hm-2 and had credibility more than 95%, the optimal fertilization dosage was N299.30-312.69 kg/hm2, P2O5328.26-531.26 kg/hm2, K2O315.39-469.45 kg/hm2 while the best result was got before 95% credibility with the treatment of N240.53-271.12kg/hm2, P2O5240.21-619.31 kg/hm2, K2O159.38-515.25kg/hm2 In all the treatment, there were 57 experiments has the G more than 11,000 yuan/hm2.2. Used D90 or D60 only, nitrate in cucumber was the lowest, while U was the highest,70.0-130.9% higher than that of comparison, envelope control-release urea could increase the content of solubility sugar, Vc, amino acid and total acidity.3. The envelope control-release urea technology was useful for activity of polyphenol oxidase, transferase and alkaline phosphase. Higher the efficiency of soil total nitrogen, alkaline nitrogen, nitryl nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and quick result kalium while lower quick result phosphor efficiency. The polyphenol oxidase activity had distinct direct correlation to organic, nitrogen, alkaline nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and quick result kalium. Activity of Catalase and polyphenol oxidase had best distinct negative correction to quick result phosphor, urease activity only had the direct correlation to quick result phosphor. With the envelope control-release urea dosage increased, the amount of bacteria and actinomycete enhanced also, the efficiency for bacteria was best, then was actinomycete and fungi. Use the envelope control-release urea technology in later period of cucumber growth could strengthen the fertilizer provided efficiency, the nitryl nitrogen provided efficiency was lower at the early period of growth, while soil ammonium nitrogen was lower at the beginning and then increased.4. The stick and leaf had the same nitrogen absorbed rule as cucumber fruit. With 30-day and 60-day envelope control-release urea, nitrogen use efficiency was 41% ,130.32% higher than urea treat which only had 17.8% nitrogen use efficiency.5. Envelope control-release urea technology could enhance the fruit quantity of individual plant and fruit weight, all could increase the vine length and leaf quantity.All results showed that envelope control-release urea technology could increase cucumber yield, enhance quality of safety and nutrient, be good at cucumber growth, nitrogen use efficiency, nitrogen persist providing, soil enzyme activity, root microorganism species and soil fertility. These results had important use for non- pollution vegetable production, environment protected, farmer earnings and economy development.
