Study On The Advantageous Regional Planning And Planting Technology Of Common Yellow Day Lily In Qingyang City

Planting history of day lily in Qingyang city has had more than 2,000 years, and Qingyang city also is one of four major day lily producing areas in China. Although the quality of day lily of Qingyang city is best in the whole country, the day lily is planted fragmentarily at the residence, roadside, bank of the canal, low bank of border, and district of field, and also do not form the best product region and suitable planting technology. The product region environment condition of day lily in Qingyang city was analyzed from2001 to 2005, the advantageous product regions of day lily in Qingyang city was planned, and planting technology of day lily was studied. The main result of study were as follows:First. Qingyang city belongs to dry agricultural region, its solar radiation is quite rich, but the water resources is short in all district, the agricultural production depends on the natural precipitation. The water quality of the majority of rivers is very good;the irrigation water source has not been polluted. The whole city atmospheric environment quality overall is good, and attains air quality level of standards requirements. The main soil type is Heilu soil and Huangmian soil. There is not polluted -enterprise and " "the pollution of three wastes" around the day lily production area. The soil basically has not been polluted.Second, in terms of the principle that the main production area should be focused relatively, the main best planting regions should have the big area, the suitable climatic conditions, and no pollution area. Some county including Zhenyuan, Heshui, Qingcheng, and Xifeng, were chosen as the main production area. This main production area includes South of Mubo of Huan county, west of Qingcheng county, all area of Zhenyuan and Xifeng county, west of Chengguan and Duanjiaji of Heshui country, South of Miqiao and west of Ningxian county.Thirdy, the planting technology of several day lily cultivars was studied. The results indicated, the comprehensive characters of the Chinese small iris Chrysanthemum, Sha Wanzhen the gold, and flushes flower were best, they should be chosen as main cultivars for the Qingyang city day lily development, and the Qu Xian Chrysanthemum was better. Planting density was75,000/hm~2, the fertilizer best formula was urea 40kg/667 m~2, calcium super phosphate 150 kg/667 m~2, potassium sulfate 48 kg/667 m~2. Spraying NAA100mg/l or Fangluosu 300 may prevent flower bud to fall in the flower bud time of day lily. There are different planting patterns, including the different width planting pattern, the belt-shaped planting pattern, and the water conserved planting pattern, farmers may select suitable patterns according to their special details.
