The development of carrying on the solidification using the biomass briquetting machine to take shape the straw is quite rapid.The paper analyzes each kind of the existed biomass briquetting machine's the merits and the deficiencies, first find the appropriate condition through the experiment, then design a kind of new biomass briquetting machine by one kind of new theory using the machine design handbook .The paper mainly includes two main parts in the machine design partial and the electric heating partial. The machine design partial is composed by the choice for the plan, the design of belt transmission, choosing the reduction gears, the gear drive;Electric heating part is composed by the choice to the electric wires, fixing to the rolling rings and the design .of support composition and so on.Finally, discover the deficiency through the experiment, and give the reasonable improvement comment. Main improvement opinions are as the following:(1) When design we should consider to leave the space for the electric wires which connecting the heater pipe.(2) Suggest to insulate from this part of the electronics brush and the rolling rings in order to avoid the danger.(3) Should guarantee to maintain the contact between the carbon brush and the rolling rings all the time.(4) We should establish the blade in roller side to erase the straws on the shaping roller's surface.(5) Adjust the distance between the pre-drag rollers nearer. or carry on the initial pressure to the biomass using spiral feeding way.(6)Overlap the shaping rollers' circular arc excessively, decrease partial betweenthe shapes excessively as far as possible, it will benefit to briquette better.
