| This article analyses and researches the shouldering adjustable-high pruning machine's unstable factors from two aspects of the theory and practice , and we carry on the parameter optimization to design and to test confirms of the machine. This article studies main content as follow:(1) Analyzing the shouldering adjustable-high pruning machine's cutting principle and stress situation and establishing dynamics balanced model on the high pruning process.(2) The vibration that the machine produces must be smaller than which the human body can withstand on high pruning process; Establishing stability model which fulfilled the dynamics balance when high pruning; Determining the primary factors of influence stable cutting and carrying on the theoretical analysis.(3) Taking the stability model of saw-cutting as the main constraints, through the optimized design of the machines' main structure, we establish the optimized model of the inclining angle of pole that workers feel more comfortable in the cutting process; Taking the operating lever's inner and outer diameter as the variable, we establish optimization model to make the pole quality smaller and program the corresponding computational procedure in order to determine main design parameter's optimized value; Establishing spiral gear's optimized model, optimizing the number of teeth, the module, helix angle and facewidth to make the volume of spiral gear smaller.(4) Carrying on the high pruning experiment with the different density trees, the different cutting diameters and the moisture content to confirm optimization effect. |
