| The objective is to examine the Toxic Effects of minidose (<100ug/kg) T-2 toxin on the immune function of yellow chickens and the impact of prevention research .The methods is using fifty 5- day- old chickens, those chickens were divided into five groups. The purpose of the studies was to observe the clinical and pathological manifestation, to measure the changes of blood physio-biochemical value and the activities of serum enzyme, to survey T-lymphocytes' percentage and serum γ-gloublin content in preipheral blood, to determine the biochemical indexes in serum and the apoptosis of chicken splenic lymphocytes were detected by TUNEL.Research Results: 1.Clinical signs were depression, degradation of appetite, individual chicken appeared neck backward bending, some chicken's liver autopsy found minor swelling , the spleen and the thymus are serious atrophy. Reduction of weight and incapability on the leg. 2. Blood test showed that the content of Alb, TP, ALP, GOT, GPT were reduced with the increase of T-2 toxin , that of LDH had no obvious change, and the other indexes increased with the increase of T-2 toxin. The total WBC were less than those of the control group. 3. Main pathological change was with the increase of T-2 toxin, the spleen phenomenon evident hemostasis. Spleen sinus have many red blood cell. More lymphocyte necrosis and the cell nucleus fragmentation. 4. T-2 toxin can reduces T-lymphocytes' percentage and serum γ-gloublin content in preipheral blood about the chicken. It suggested that T-2 toxin could suppress the cellular and humoral immunal funnction of chickens and decrease immunity of the body. 5.
