Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease, Multocida Pasteurellosis And Clostridium Perfringens Type A are a worldwide recognized disease with important economic impact on rabbit industry. In order to research convenience and availability vaccine, this study included as following:Condensing Experiment Of Inactived Vaccine Against Clostridium Perfringens Type A Of Rabbits we condense the antigen by equipment of ultrafiltration membrane provided by Nanjing Kaimi, the mensuration of the filtrate shows that there is no loss of protein, after the excessive injection of the vaccine which is produced from filtrate, the rabbits behave no bad reaction, as well as it can provide 100% protection when injecting the same dose, in addition, the aluminium vaccine condensed provides 86.7%protection. The mensuration of effectiveness shows that the vaccine produced by ultrafiltration membrane is better than traditional aluminium vaccine, the mensuration of safety shows that the vaccine produced by ultrafiltration membrane is credible and safe, so the technique of ultrafiltration membrane clostridium perfringens type A is confirmed. The Study Of Zymolysis And Cuture Of Multocida Pasteurellosis we study the zymolysis and cuture of multocida pasteurellosis in 5L-pot. We assure that the bacterium should be inoculated at 10-20%, cultured whiskly and aeratedly, stabilize the dissolved oxygen at 80%, cultured at pH7.2, some parameter like serum, yeast extract, peptone should be added into the culture medium. The results shows that the number of bacterium which was cultured by adding parameter can raise to 20 billion each milliliter. The Lab Experiment Export Of The Tri-Combined Inactived Vaccine Against Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease, Multocida Pasteurellosis And Clostridium Perfringens Type A It has been shown that the tri-combined inactived vaccine against rabbit...
