Effects Of Phytase And Multienzyme On The Activities Of Digestive Enzyme, Apparent Digestibility Of Crude Protein And Phosphorus Of Bluntsout Bream

To offer the direction of application of multienzyme tablets or phytase and theory of the deep study in the aquaculture, effects of multienzyme tablets or phytase on digestive enzyme activities of Bluntsout bream were studied. In the experiment 360 Bluntsout bream (average initial weight, 120.18±8.26) were allotted into eight groups randomly for 120 days. The first group was the control fed with basal diet, the groups of II, IIL,IV, V were the treated groups fed with basal diet addited 450, 900,1350, 1800u/kg phytase respectively; the groups of VI, VII, VIII were the treated groups fed with basal diet addited 0.6%, 1.2%, 1.8% MultienzymeTablets. The activities of protease and amylase of the intestine, hepatopancreas, the apparent digestibility of the nutrition matter were determined. Compared with the control, the apparent digestibility of crude protein and phosphorus of VI, VII, VIII increased respectively, but it had no significance (P>0.05 ) . Compared with the control, ingestion of 900,1350,1800U/kg phytase were significant (P<0.05), the apparent digestibility of total phosphorus increased 13.49%, 28.55%,32.32%, respectively, but ingestion of 450 U/kg phytase had no significance (P>0.05 ). The Hb of Bluntsout bream of treated groups of 450,900,1350,1800U/kg phytase were significant (P<0.05), which were 7.43%, 10.00%, 26.12%, 10.91% higher than those of the control, respectively. The amylase activity of hepatopancreas of group of 1350U/kg phytase was 34.63% higher than that of the control (PO.05), the amylase activities of hepatopancreas of groups of 450,900,1800U/kg phytase were not significant (P>0.05). The amylase activities of intestine of groups of 900,1350U/kg phytase was 26.11%, 23.52% higher than that of the control (P<0.05), the amylase activities of intestine of groups of 450,1800U/kg phytase were no-significance (P>0.05).
