| Trace elements ,such as Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn have a few contents, but they have important effects on physiology. They are assistant components and activator of enzymes. They structure some organic compounds of special functions in the parenchyma. When the diet is lack of trace elements or less than requirements, the animals will appear lack symptoms.In order to obtain the basic data of the four trace elements in the body of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, we processed the experiment one. The samples of flesh, liver, kidney, spleen, heart, brain, sexual gland, skin, cranium ,vertebra were gained by the routine dissection . Then we analyzed the contents of Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn in the samples. The experiment indicated that heart and spleen had the highest contents of Cu; spleen had the highest contents of Fe; heart, spleen, brain had higher contents of Mn; skin, heart, spleen had higher contents of Zn.In order to study the best supplement of trace elements in routine diet, we processed the experiment two. Pelteobagrus fulvidraco were fed nine kinds of diets suppling Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn for 60 days.The result showed that, the diet suppling Cu6.5mg/kg,Fe80mg/kg,Mn30mg/kg,Zn90mg/kg had the biggest weight gain and lowest feed coefficient;the diet containing Cu29.53mg/kg, Fe840.53mg/kg Mn 153.08 mg/kg,Zn136.21mg/kg . Cu had the largest effect on hemoglobin, SOD of skin mucus and SOD of intestine mucus; Fe had the largest effect on gliutamic-pyruvic transm- inase of blood serum and lysozyme of blood serum; Mn had the largest effect on lysozyme of skin mucus and SOD of blood serum;Zn had the largest effect on gluta- mic-pyruvic transminase of blood serum .Fe was the largest influence factor in the organs.Cu mainly accumulated in the liver, spleen, heart, kidney. Fe mainly accumulated in the spleen, kidney ,heart and liver. Mn mainly accumulated hea- rt ,spleen,brain, kidney.
