This topic uses the liquid craft which the multi- strains co-fermentation to produce the liquid compound microbial ecological agents, this kind of mix-fermentation has the quality of multiple strain accretion, enzyme system mutual complementarity, overall function, simplified equipment. After the massive earlier preparatory work, in this experiment two Yeast, a Enteroccoccus strain and two Bacillus strains could mix ferment, at the same time determinated the endurance abilities of five strains to pH and inhibited pathogenic Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Based on the micro-ecology principle and the basic studies, a liquid technical process of multi-strains co-fermentation in solid medium was established. In order to satisfy the need of large-scale industrialized production for stockbreeding, fermentation study was performed to optimize the production conditions.The result indicated that: other strains had the strong endurance abilities besides the Enteroccoccus strain to the pH value, separately raised 3h after the acidified culture medium to register, pH value when 3.0 still could guarantee above 40% survived; And multi-strains co-fermentation liquid still played the stronger bacteriostasis role to the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus; In the storage test, the liquid seted in the refrigerator (4 ℃) preserves, through to the microbial regular examination, its preserved time might achieve 120d. In bottle and in 5L fermentor mix fermentation experiment carried on, fully used between various strains the cooperation paragenesis relations, initially determined the multi- strains mix liquid state fermentation production craft, namely the mix ferments temperature was 35 ℃, stirr was 200r/min, inoculated quantity was 5% (V/V), the inoculation order for first was the Yeasts and Enteroccoccus strain, afterwards two Bacillus strains.To confirm its biological effect, a experiment on piglets was carried out. Meanwhile with other two kinds of solid microbial ecological agents which independently developed was compared. The experiment selects the 40 dual hybrid weaning piglets of White × York of the Dalian Chuming QiDingshan base, feeds contains 0.3% solid microbial ecological agents A and B, 0.3% and 0.5% liquid microbial ecological agents experimental diets and the comparison diet (does not contain antibiotic and microbial ecological agents). This experiment was carried out to study the effect of microbial ecological agents on growth performance, metabolic rate, the pH value of digestive tract, the histology observation as well as the change of microbes of intestine of different productions. The mechanism of applying production for weaning piglets was discussed. It had provided the certain theory and the practice basis for the research related liquid multi-strains co-fermentation craft feasibility.
