The study is divided into two parts:1.The research about liquid fermentation,fermentation time and condition about Lactobacillus acidophilus,Bacillus cereus and Candida utilis were studied.2.The research study the effect of monofactorial and multimicropreparation additives on gosling production.Monofactorial experiment design was adopted,A total of 210 onedayold hybrid Rhin(Rhin×Zi) gosling assigned randomly to 5 groups with 3 replicates of 14.The control group, was fed with the basal diet while the groupⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ.Effect of different multimicropreparation additives on growth production,immunity function and digestive enzyme activity in duodenum and microbes in caecal were studied in different treatment groups.Basic feed was in control group.The results are as followed:1.The research about liquid fermentation and fermentation.(1) The optimization liquid fermentation match of Bacillus acidophilus is:soy peptone1%, Glucose 2%,tomato juice 20%.The best time of fermentation is 22h.The viable count is 1.9×1011 cfu/ml.(2) The optimization solid fermentation match of Candida utilis is:Glucose 4%,Sucrose4%, proteose peptone 3%,powdered beef 3%.The time of fermentation is 20h.The viable count is 7.9×1011cfu/ml.(3) The optimization solid fermentation match of Bacillus cereus is:Glucose 1.5%, Sucrose 1.5%,Starch 0.5%,Powdered beef 0.5%,Proteose peptone 1.5%,(NH4) 2SO40.5%.The best time of fermentation is 20h.The viable count is 1.3×1012cfu/ml.2.The study of effect of micropreparation additives on young goose production.(1) Throughout the experimental period,the daily weight gain and feed intake of trail groups were higher significantly compared with control group(p<0.05).(2) There were not significantly different between the trail groups(p>0.05).(3) The level of IgA in serum of trail groups were higher than control group(p<0.05) at 28 day of age;and the level of IgG(d 28)were improved significantly in groupⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳcompared with control group(p<0.05).there is no big difference of the index of bursa of Fabricius of 28 days age. But the experimental groups all higher than control groups.At 28 day of age,the indexs of thymus were increased significantly in groupⅡandⅣcompared with control group(p<0.05).(4) Contents of prolease of duodenum of the experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅳis much more higher than the control group.The experimental groupⅡ,Ⅲalso higher than control group.But the difference is small(p>0.05);the contents of amylase,experimental groups all higher than control groups(p<0.05);there is no big difference of lipase content(p<0.05).(5) There is no significantly difference of appendix pH(p<0.05),but there is some decrease of experimental group.The quantity of lactobacillus,every experimental group much higher than control groups(p<0.05);the quantity of Escherichia coli,every experimental group much lower than control groups(p<0.05);the quantity of salmonella,experimental groupⅡmuch lower than control groups there is no big differences of others(p>0.05).The production of microadditives was risen though the optimization of liquid fermentation.monofactorial and multimicropreparation additives in young goose feeds can promote the growth of goose capability,reduce the rate of feeds,enhance the immunity of organism, increase the humoral immunity,increase the activity of digestive enzyme,improve the microflora in appendix.
