This research studied the optimal strain combination through single strain and mixed strains fermentation from pomace. The suitable proportion and quantity of inoculation, the optimum nitrogen source and its ratio in the medium were established through mixed fermentation. The optimum pH values, fermentation time and temperature were obtained by L9 (3)3 orthogonal experiment. The optimum mixture of biotechnology fulvic acid, Azotobacter chooroccum, Phospho bacteria and Silicate bacteria were studied. In the condition of the above mentioned, field experiments were done to check the compound fermentation results. The results showed that:The process was the inoculation proportion of Bacillus subtilist, Pseudo monas and Candida utilis as 1:2:2, inoculation 2%, 2.0% urea added in pomace, pH 6.0, fermenting 5 days at 30℃. The content of fulvic acid could reach more than 17%.5% mixture of Azotobacter chooroccum, Bacillus megatherium, Bacillus mucitaginosus(2:1:2)were added to the product. The total number of bacteria reached 109/ml. Through compound fermentation process the BFA bacterial manure can add N.P.K element as nutrient content. It can improve the fertility of the earth, provide comprehensive nutrition for crops. The product could improve the output of crops in different degree, which had significant value.
