This subject has introduced research dynamic status and cleaning device overview about the combine harvester both at home and abroad. Based on The experimental platform of thresh, separate, cleaning, simulation and control of the type of DF-1.5, analyze the force which the sieve and airflow exert to rape materials among the device synthetically, derive various kinds of movement formula of rape materials in the cleaning device, based on those, analyze movement form of the materials in the cleaning device. Also the passage probability model of the materials and its influence factors were investigated.Based on The experimental platform of thresh, separate, cleaning, simulation and control of the type of DF-1.5, use ADAMS, one of the virtual prototype software, to construct its virtual three-dimensional entity model and carry on a simulation and virtual test on it. Found out some parameters which influence cleaning course most through studying further. Using neural network tools offered by NeuroShell2, the BP neural network model for the mechanical working parameters and the cleaning results were set up. With C++ language, compile the program which can be used for predicting or controlling. This work provides a brand-new method for further study on cleaning course.This subject is on the basis of abundant research of the movement of rape materials in the airflow and on the sieve surface, carried on a simulation and virtual experimental study with utilizing advanced simulation software, and set up the BP neural network model of cleaning course. The study could be used to confirm and optimize the motion and structure parameters of threshing cleaning mechanism, and it will lay the foundation for the improvement of this combine's cleaning mechanism.
