According to the problem of crawler combine harvester, two different structure of cleaning device is analyzed in kinematics and dynamics in this paper. Based on MATLAB, developed the dynamics analysis software, propose a new material trajectory analysis method, and relative motion displacement can be get by this software, break through the traditional theory analysis of materials need to rely on parameters K1, K2, K3, and only can analysis qualitative. Establish the inertial force balance equation of slider-type cleaning sieve, optimize proper balance mass, and verify by the vibrate experiment. Main research contents and conclusions as follows:1) Present situation and technology development trend of the crawler combined harvester are research, cleaning device existing problem is analysis. According to the existing problem, put forward the main research contents in this paper.2) Kinematics and dynamic equations are establishment, and analysis the inertia force for two kinds structure. The results shows, slider-type cleaning sieve have small inertia force, thereby, machine vibration smaller.3) After the force analysis to material, obtain the motion condition of throw and slide. Motion analysis shows that the rocker-type cleaning sieve more close to the end of the crank, throwing displacement more small. Close enough to the end of the crank, "blind spots" existence, slider-type cleaning sieve does not exist "blind spots", cleaning and sieving material performance is stable.4) Through numerical analysis, classification method to research the quantitative displacement of the material,draw the material throwing and sliding motion MATLAB flow chart, edit the main function, simulate the throw and sliding motion trajectory, obtain the integrate displacement each a period material of crank running.5) Using MATLAB interactive interface design function, develop the dynamic analysis software. By this software, different cleaning sieve’s mechanism motion and material’s motion trajectory simulated. Under different parameters simulation analysis of cleaning sieve, design personnel choose cleaning sieve structure and parameters selection easier.6) Study inertial force balance of cleaning sieve, equilibrium modeling by the method of quality substitution, edit MATLAB main function and optimized proper balance mass. Fit with different balance mass in sprocket crank, test in the same working conditional, verified the theoretical model.
