In this paper, the author improves the traditional way of producing amino acid, through changing hydrolysis time, controlling hydrolysis temperature and adding reagent. In this way there can be the most hydrolysis amino acids and dissolvable amino acids in the production. Keep the rate of 2-4 peptide chain is 22.63%-25.05%, and 7-13 peptide chain is 5.41-7.16%. So the polypeptide-amino acids leaves fertilizer is most active.The experiments have done in Black soils, Chernozemes, Meadow soils, Albic soils and greenhouse of HAAS. The result showed that polypeptide- amino acids leaves fertilizer can improve the ability to against the adversity and increase photosynthesis of soybean under a moor water condition. The polypeptide-amino acids can speed sorghum sprouting and emerging, so plants advance date of phase growth and procreation.Polypeptide-amino acids can increase nutrition absorbed more clearly than others. It can also improve the quality of rice,soybean and wheat, and increase their yield. In the same time it can reduce diseases happening.Through this research, we believe that polypeptide amino acids leaves fertilizer will be very famous because of its low cost , little using frequency, increasing plant production and improving quality.It will be the most important for organic agriculture.
