This study was conducted based on the Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System(CNCPS), to collect the date which can be used in predicting the intestinal absorbed amino acids fluxes, and the date of the digestibility of RUP in vitro. Then we simplify the model of CNCPS through these date. And different methods were compared. The results were as follows:(1) The CP rumen degradation and the effective degradation got the highest correlation at 8th hour both in concentrated feeds and roughage. Both were linear correlation. And the equations of concentrated feeds and roughage were Y=12.65229+0.82807 X,(r=0.98993, P<0.0001), Y=10.96738+0.88625X(r=0.97964, P=0.0006), respectively.(2)The digestibility of the residue retained in the rumen for 2 hours got the highest correlation with the effective degradation for concentrated feeds, and the linear equation was Y=0.02632+0.87927 X, r=0.97029, P<0.0001; The digestibility of the residue retained in the rumen for 8 hours got the highest correlation with the effective degradation for roughage, and the linear equation was Y=-0.00224+0.95997 X, r=0.99489, P<0.0001;(3) Finally we got three methods to simplify the model of CNCPS. The reliability of which were evaluated. The result showed that, for both concentrated feeds and roughage, the degradation at 8th hour and the digestibility of the residue retained in the rumen for 8 hours were used to predict the intestinal absorbed amino acids fluxes has the highest correlation with the results predicted by CNCPS. And the equations for concentrated feeds and roughage were Y=-0.05564+1.40925X(r=0.99955, P<0.0001), Y=0.00197+2.11988X(r=0.99946, P<0.0001), respectively. And the SD wre 0.25, 0.005, respectively. And the P values wre 0.9995, 0.9971, respectively. Also, the process of evaluating the degradation of DM, CP, NDF, ADF, OM were simplified. And we found that the degradation at 16 th hour got the highest correlation with the effective degradation for concentrated feeds, and the equation was Y=0.44750+0.87007X(r=0.97121, P<0.0001); the degradation at 8th hour got the highest correlation with the effective degradation for roughage, and the equation was Y=14.23080+0.84717X(r=0.99104,P<0.0001).
