Effect Of Ecological Environment On Growth And Active Constituents Of Salvia Miltiorrhizr Bunge

Danshen is one of the Chinese Herbal medicines, which comes from the root of Salvia militiorrhiza Bunge, a kind of medicinal plant, which widely grow in China. It has been classifies its natures as activating collateral and stopping pain, promoting blood circulation and restoring menstrual flow, easing the disturbed state of mind. In this paper, the relationship between entironment factors and Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bung) were researched in order to offer theoretical basis for standard cultivation.The experiment was conducted with four treatments: Study the effects of different purity of light on growth of Salvia miltiorrhizr Bunge under the same conditions; Study the effects of different intensity of illumination and temperatures on growth of Salvia miltiorrhizr Bunge under the same conditions; Experiments of growth and active constituents of Salvia miltiorrhizr Bunge under different environmental conditions; Experiments of development law and effective ingredient content of Salvia miltiorrhizr Bunge under different growth years .The main results are as follows:1. Increasing the red-ray radiation can increasing the dry matter accumulation on shoot systems of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bung; Increasing the blue-ray radiation can reducing the plant height on shoot systems of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge which good for strengthening seedling.2. Between 15℃～25℃, intensity of illumination between 3000lx～18000lx, The net assimilation of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bung changes inconspicuousness, but Plant Height, root length and reducing sugar contents gradually increased while contents of pigments in the leaves and leaf stalk reduced with the increase of illumination; Between 25℃～35℃, intensity of illumination between 3000lx～18000lx, The net assimilation of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bung, Plant Height, root length and reducing sugar contents gradually increased while contents of pigments in the leaves and leaf stalk reduced with the increase of illumination.3.
