The pressure stable is the premise that it is have high irrigation quality and assuring the drip irrigation system safety, so the Pressure-regulated is necessary. The Pressure-regulated Device is usually set in the Branch Pipeline and the lateral. Because the parameter of uniformity of water distribution is relate to the area which control by the branch pipeline, we are fixed the Pressure-regulated Device in the Branch Pipeline maybe economic because the numbers of Branch Pipelines and the work of fix and maintenance are less. There have no appropriate product that is fit for the Branch Pipeline so the research has crucial application merit.The paper introduces the three structures, then analyzed theoretically and researches experimentally the adjusters. The experiments were done to test the effects of structure parameters to the hydraulic performance, the structure parameters and elasticity parts affected performance of pressure regulator were studied. The main research results are following: 1,The structure parameters of Pressure-regulated Device of the Branch Pipeline that arebased on the turnover and velocity of flow under setting pressure are different from the lateral Pressure-regulated Device.2,With the pressure dispersion the execute parts compress the spring, so the areas were reduced and r the loss of orifice were enlarge, so the pressure was stable. That may be realized that the pressure and flow still with changeable velocity of flow and the areas.3,In this paper the three adjusters are designed. When the inlet pressure is the0.10~0.35MPa,Outlet pressure is less 0.15 MPa and flow regulated is about 3.4~7 m~3/h. When other things being equal No. 3 adjuster is better than the other two. When the inlet pressure is the0.10~0.35MPa,Outlet pressure is always 0.085~0.144MPa and flow regulated is about 3.4~6.6 m~3/h.The performance is stability of flow especially when the inlet pressure is the0.05~0.20MPa.4,The area of section, length of flow road and the spring characteristics are very important for the Pressure-regulated Device .The data show that the device structure and the spring characteristics were more important to keep the pressure stable than the other factors which the areas and springs length.
