Drip irrigation is the most water-saving irrigation technology with high efficiency. However, its expensive system cost seriously restricts extension and utilization of the technology. Aiming at the above problems, through analyzing main factors that influence system cost of drip irrigation technology, based on theoretical analysis and experimental test, the article discussed feasibility of micro-pressure drip irrigation technology, and establishes micro-pressure drip irrigation technology theory ranging over theory, technology, design and product. It provides theoretical basis for research and development of micro-pressure drip irrigation system. The main conclusions are listed as followed:1. Brought forwards theory and system forming method of micro-pressure drip irrigationThe author studied and analyzed the effect of drip irrigation system pressure on its economic nature, security and irrigation quality; found that pressure is the most important factor to affect the cost of drip irrigation system. There approximately exists simple linear relationship between system cost and entrance pressure p of pipeline network. Therefore, it can be achieved to reduce system cost and improve irrigation quality through reducing system working pressure and augmenting pipe diameter. All these provided theoretical basis for research of micro-pressure drip irrigation technology. According to the above theory, the article brought forwards the conception of micro-pressure drip irrigation and its system formation. That is to say, the designing working pressure of douche is no more than 5m. The system cost and running expense are 25% lower than traditional drip irrigation system. The equipment of new micro-pressure drip irrigation technology was also recommended. The main equipment includes thin-wall drip irrigation strip, pipeline, adjunct, and pressure adjustor.2. Established designing method of micro-pressure drip irrigation based on comprehensive flow warpOn the foundation of study about ground warp and fabricating warp, the article re-defined the conception of fabricating warp of douche, brought forwards the concept and calculating method of ground warp, deduced the calculating method of ground flow warp and fabricating flow warp; on the foundation of dendriform pipeline network mode, through hydraulic calculation and random simulation, established relation model between irrigation uniformity and its influencing factors; according to practical data or maximum ground height,...
