Miichthys miiuy, screening from many net cage cultivated fishes, is suitable to promote cultivation in the last few years. And it is a kind of good breed variety, which has good market prospect. Through studying the digestive enzymes of Miichthys miiuy, the distribution of different digestive enzymes in different digestive organization and the optimum temperatures and pH values for the different digestive enzymes are discussed. Which can provide the theory basis of its digestive physiology for developing its artificial feeds. This article summarized and analyzed the research results, including the relations between fish feeding habits and the digestive enzymes, the relations between the environmental variation and the fish digestive enzymes, the enzymatic reaction kinetics of the fish digestive enzymes, the effects on fish digestive process of the digestive enzymes from natural foods and the extraneous sources, the occurrence and evolution of digestive enzymes in the stage of embryo development and the distribution of digestive enzymes in organism. The three main digestive enzymes (protease, amylase and lipase) activities in four digestive organs of Miichthys miiuy were detected by the Folin- phenol method, 3,5- two nitro salicylic acid method, the water solution method of the emulsion for Polyvinyl alcohol and olive oil. The effects of temperature and pH on the three main digestive enzymes (protease, amylase and lipase) activities in four digestive organs of Miichthys miiuy were studied by using the buffer solution of sodium hydrogen phosphate - citric acid, the borax buffer solution and the buffer solution of Barbitone sodium - hydrochloric acid. All data were detected and analyzed by one-way ANOVA and...
