In this paper , the author extracted from the root of Stellera chamaijasme L. and made gradient extraction from it with different solvents. We tested the extracts against pyricutaria oryzae Cav. Sesamia inferens and Chilo suppressalis Walker for biological activity. The results showed that the chloroform extract had significant antifungal activity against pyricutaria oryzae Cav. When diluted the chloroform extract at a concentration of 2.5mg/mL the antifungal efficiency was 99.91%. A active ingredient was obtained from the chloroform extract by a series of methods such as TLC, normal phase LCC, activition analysis. The ingredient has significant antifungal activity against pyricutaria oryzae Cav, When concentration was 0.16mg/mL and 0.01mg/mL the antifungal efficiency was 100% and 59.13%, EC50 was 9.34mg/L in7d, and MIC was 10ug/mL.The results of research also indicated that the ethanol extract had significant contact toxicity and antifeedant activity against Sesamia inferens , When concentration was 20.0g/L the poisonous activity efficiency was 92.4% and the antifeedant activity efficiency was 100% . The results also showed that the n-hexane extract had significant contact toxicity and antifeedant activity against...
