The stored grain pests have caused serious damage to food and grain products.The World Food and Agriculture Organization survey showed that the loss after grain harvest is about 10%,and the losses caused by stored grain pests account for about 50% of the lost grain.Therefore,the study of the occurrence characteristics of stored grain pests can not only provide a basis for comprehensive prevention and control of stored grain pests,but also greatly reduce the loss of grain after harvest to ensure food security.In today's "Internet +" environment,the transformation of informatization in various industries is a general trend.The transformation of informationization in the traditional grain storage industry is imperative,and the premise of informatization is digitalization.To this end,this project took the most serious pests among the major pests of our country as the study pests,and designed field investigations and experimental programs to analyze them through on-site investigations and experimental data.The geographical distribution of three kinds of pests in China and the impact of different storage ecology on its occurrence were discussed.At the same time,the occurrence characteristics of different pests at different sites and sites and the effects of different materials on their occurrence characteristics were studied.The study of the occurrence characteristics of individuals and populations of three kinds of stored grain pests under different conditions was carried out,and then the above research results were digitized,and the following conclusions were drawn.Through on-the-spot investigations in 22 provinces and 5 autonomous regions in China,we found that Sitophilus zeamais are the world's most distributed pests and also the largest number one pest in China.In the survey,22 provinces and 5 autonomous regions were Found that there are Sitophilus zeamais happen.Rhizopertha dominica has occurred in 23 provinces and autonomous regions except Liaoning Province,Heilongjiang Province,Jilin Province and Qinghai Province.The Sitophilus oryzae have been found in provinces and autonomous regions other than Shanxi Province,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Gansu Province.According to different ecological districts,there were no occurrences of grain ridges in the first and third storage grain ecological areas,and grain ridges were found in the other five grain storage ecological areas and were in the fifth grain storage ecological area.The most widely distributed.Sitophilus zeamais have been found in all seven grain storage ecological areas in China.Among them,the 4th and 5th stored grain ecological areas are the most widely distributed.The Sitophilus oryzae is also found in all seven grain storage ecological zones in China,and is most widely distributed in the fifth storage grain ecological zone.The status of the occurrence of the three pests in different places is different.Among the surveyed sites,the most common types of Sitophilus zeamais,Sitophilus oryzae and grain hoppers were found in the grain bank.There were 171 corn worms found in the grain bank,and 75 were found.The unit found that rice pods occurred in 99 grain silos.The feedstuff plant found that the number of pods,Sitophilus zeamais,and rice pods was the lowest.Only32 feed mills found corn pods.The occurrence of gluten occurred in 15 feed mills and a rice mill was found in a feed mill.All three species of foraging pests are found in grain silos and are found in feed mills.This suggests that the environment of grain warehouses is more suitable for the growth,development and reproduction of pests.Feed mills are not suitable for pests occur.The three species of foraging pests also have different habitats in different habitats.In the grain store,glutinous rice,Sitophilus zeamais,and rice husks are distributed in grain surfaces,corners,interior and exterior walls of grain stores.In the rice plant,Sitophilus zeamais and Sitophilus oryzae are distributed in raw material warehouses,production plants and finished product warehouses.In flour mills,Rhizopertha dominica,Sitophilus zeamais and Sitophilus oryzae are used in raw material warehouses and various types of grain machines.There are also cases of scattered grains in sanitary corners.There are rare occurrences of three species of food~borne pests in production workshops and finished product warehouses.In feed mills,most of the three species of foraging pests occur in raw material warehouses,production workshops,and geological tanks,and rarely occur in finished product warehouses.In other types of venues,the type of products produced is abundant,the production process is complicated,and the types of raw materials are relatively large,so it is difficult to discuss the occurrence of different places.Among the farmer households,there are many occurrences of Rhizopertha dominica,Sitophilus zeamais and Sitophilus oryzae.Most of them occur in simple grain storage,grain storage and debris rooms.The occurrence status of three species of foraging pests in different materials is different.As the major foraging pests in China,Sitophilus oryzae and Sitophilus zeamais are more likely to occur in raw materials of three kinds of whole kernels of wheat,corn and rice,while cereal bran is mainly found in occurs in wheat and rice,while it occurs rarely in corn.Three pests have also been found in the raw grains of the crushed grains,but three provinces where the occurrence of three pests are found are significantly less.In this survey,Rhizopertha dominica was found in the flour in 5 provinces of the 12 provinces surveyed.Sitophilus zeamais was found in the flour in 7 provinces.Sitophilus oryzae was found in flour in 7provinces occur.In the laboratory,the individual and population characteristics of the three pests were investigated experimentally.In this study,different oxygen concentrations were used as the entry point to investigate the occurrence status of the three low-density pests,and the previous study on the population density of high insect populations was avoided.Samples study the occurrence and hazards of pests that do not have representative and practical significance.Studies have found that different oxygen concentrations have effects on individual Rhizopertha dominica individuals.Oxygen concentrations in larvae and adults greatly affect their growth and development.The impact of the flood season is relatively small,5% oxygen concentration has a pesticidal effect on the growth of Rhizopertha dominica,and 8% oxygen concentration can inhibit the growth of Rhizopertha dominica.The pupa population has a good insecticidal effect at a concentration of 5% oxygen in a short period of time,while it has an inhibitory effect at an oxygen concentration of 8%.For the four stages of Sitophilus zeamais,when the oxygen concentration was 5%,there were only a few pests found in the egg stage and adult stage in the Sitophilus zeamais,and no pests were found in the larval stage and the pupal stage.When the oxygen concentration was 8%,the insects were found.A small amount of pests occurred during the period,which may play a certain inhibitory effect.In addition,during the whole development process of the Sitophilus zeamais individuals,except for the pupa period,other insect stages are sensitive to oxygen concentration.For the Sitophilus zeamais population,the oxygen concentration can be controlled to be less than 8%in the short-term air-conditioning insecticide in actual work,and the oxygen concentration can be controlled to 11% in long-term air-conditioning.Oxygen concentration had a certain influence on the four species of rice.The oxygen concentration in the adult stage had a great influence on its growth and development,while its effect on the egg stage,pupal stage and larval stage was small.When the oxygen concentration is 5%,the Sitophilus oryzae can still play a role in killing insects.When the oxygen concentration is 8%,it can inhibit the occurrence of rice.The Sitophilus oryzae population is also less sensitive to oxygen concentrations throughout its development.A digital simulation was performed on the research results of the occurrence characteristics of Rhizopertha dominica and two species of weevils,relying on the Layui architecture front-end framework,and the login system was completed.The linkage search function of pest occurrence characteristics was implemented,in which python3.5 was used to build the flask framework,and html was used.Set up interfaces,use Baidu API to displaymaps,use d3.js to display distribution maps and ecological maps,use form forms to submit usage data queries and also perform information processing to implement login systems.At the same time,users can upload pest occurrence information and perform cloud storage,and questions can be asked through the expert consultation system,so that this study has the possibility of materialization,but also the actual effect of scientific research and production of a vertical effect,and better scientific research results to serve the actual production.
