This project is based on the former research of our institute. First, take Sitophilus zeamais Motschusky, Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius as the testing insect to select the best plant through biological standardization from three kinds plants TF, Corlandrum Sativum and Ornithogalum caudatum Jacq which were applied more on the Chinese medicine, but less on the pesticide. Develop single pharmaceutical or used with general stored grain chemistry protect pharmaceutical to develop the extender, Confirm artifactitious technics of insecticide preparation. Finally screened out the powder, emulsion products which has the better controlling effect against Sitophilus zeamaisMotschusky, Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius. The main results followed as below:1. Validate the activities of three plant matter to grain stored insect Sitophilus zeamais Motschusky and Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius. Biological mensuration result by the medicine embrane method showed that: Ornithogalum caudatum Jacq primary extracts condensate treated drone insect, There was very small mortality 13.33% only on condition that dilute 10 times; Corlandrum Sativum primary extracts condensate has no any contact under the treatment dosage; TF primary extracts condensate has a high kill activities, the 72h corrected mortality was 98.8% to Sitophilus zeamais Motschusky and 100.0% to Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius on condition that dilute 10 times, and the 72h corrected mortality to gudu was 62.6% on condition that dilute 160 times.2. Biological standardization results of optimal TF plant pesticide formula.TF primary extracts condensate used alone or used with the general stored grain chemistry protect pharmaceutical to get the experimental treatments. Adopt filter paper medicine membrane method and grain mixed medicine method to seeking TF plant single pharmaceutical and the extender, screen out two kinds of emulsion Basuling-1, Basuling-2 and one powder Basuling powder have better prevent and cure result to target pest Sitophilus zeamais Motschusky and Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius.The testing insect corrected mortality treated after 15d and the inhibition rate to F1 progeny were both 100.00%.3. Botanical pesticide emulsion and powder processing craft. Cream processing craft result: Has screened ethyl alcohol, the Dimethyl sulfoxide, emulsifier agriculture 600#, and had determined each component proportion and passed the quality test. Through the research to the medicinal powder processing craft, determined each component allocated proportion and passed the quality test.4. Optimal TF plant pesticide simulation experiment in room and warehouse application. Through the simulation experiment in room 7 month-long observations, indicated three optimal pesticide preventing and controlling effect against Sitophilus zeamais Motschusky and Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius achieve 100% to the jade. Through the warehouse application observation, proved also has the very good preventing and controlling effect in the practical application, may carry on the promoted application.
