Investigate And Therapy Of Dairy Cattle Mastitis In Taian City

Through this study, investigate the dairy cattle mastitis in Taian City and isolate and identify the Pathogenic bacteria ,and then doing drugsensitive test and therapeutic test.This study have consist 5 test.Test 1: The investigation of dairy cattle mastitisThe clinic and recessive of dairy cattle mastitis was investigated in some farms of Taian city.The result is: The incidience of clinic dairy cattle mastitis is 8.96%.Left before,left back,right before and right back of dairy cattle mastitis is 55%,4.48%,34.48%,44.83%.And with the increase of births, recessive of dairy cattle mastitis become manifold,3 and 4 birth of dairy is the high on dairy cattle mastitis.Test 2: isolation and identification of dairy cattle mastitis pathogenicDairy cattle mastitis was investigated in some farms of Taian city. Selected 17 clinical mastitis cow, Pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified from the milk of their 43 milk ariea. The main pathogenic bacteria include Staphylococci, Streptococci, solmonella, corynebacterium, bacillus coli and microzyme. In this 6 pathogenic bacteria, the microzyme is most. It's preporation get 30.23%.Test 3: drugsensitive of dairy cattle mastitisSelect 5 pathogens,use 24 drugs doing drugsensitive.The resust shows:Salmonella bacteria is high sensitivity on amikacin, gentamycin, kanamycin, cephalothin, tobramycin,and is not sensitivity on penicillin, streptomycin, acheomycin, erythromycin, syntactic sulfonamide, vancomycin and rifampicin. Staphylococcus aureus is high sensitivity on ampicillin, gentamycin, cephalothin, kanamycin and tobramycin,low sensitivity on penicillin, streptomycin, fluperacid and syntactic sulfonamide.Critric acid bacillus is high sensitivity on gentamycin,amikacin,kanamycin and cephalothin, is low sensitivity on pencillin,streptomycin,acheomycin and syntactic sulfonamide.Streptococcus is high sensitivity on pencillin and cephalothin,is low sensitivity on kanamycin,fluperacid and syntactic sulfonamide.Colibacillus is high sensitivity on amikacin,cephalothin,is not sensitivityon encillin,streptomycin,erythromycin and acheomycin.Test 4:disinfector of Chinese herbal medicine drugsensitive of dairy cattle mastitis.Test 4: treat dairy cattle mastitisThe result shows:ennuo and Chinese herbal medicine have the high curing(83.33%,100%).Amikacin,cephalothin and benzathine penicil- lin are second(66.7%,75%,70%).
