In recent years,Liuzhou area rapid development dairy cattle breeding scale, unscientific feeding management as well as disease prevention and control technology, Subclinical Mastitis of dairy cow that is high morbidity is one of the most important factors which prohibit the development of Liuzhou dairy industry, which resulted in a decline in milk production of dairy cows and low quality of milk, If the disease was not treated in time, Subclinical mastitis may lead to clinieal mastitis, even teat blindo rculling. This endangered the development of dairy industry. In order to reduce the Subcl inical mastitis to cow’s industry harm and enhance the cow’s milk yield and the quality, Looking for the effective prevention and control measures.Using LMT(the Lanzhou mastitis test) method On the Liuzhou area of Lactating Dairy Cow Subclinical Mastitis of dairy farm to survey. Research into the following3parts:Test1A survey of the incidence of subclinical mastitis of dairy cow This research take the Liuzhou city sand pond area dairy eys view of lactation in132healthy cows as experiment animal, use LMT diagnosis liquid assay for detection of cow subclinical mastitis incidence, analysis of its prevalecce,Seized cattle age2~11years,1to8births parity. The results show that,Subclinical mastitis was46.21%and positive rate of breast areas was20.82%in Liu-zhou District; In the first three births cows had lower incidence and before three tyre the average incidence rate was36.48%, after the fourth births cows had higher incidence and the average incidence rate was69.23%, the difference was greatly significant (P<0.01); In the first and fourth quarter, the cows had lower incidence rate (29.69%), while in the second and third quarters, the cows had higher incidence rate (60.30%), the difference was greatly significant(P<0.01); In the2-4years old, the average incidence rate was27.27%, while in the5to8years old, the average incidence rate was77.55%, the difference was greatly significant (P<0.01); In the first two nipple is low, with an average of19.70%,while behind the two nipple average incidence of20.45%, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05); When the milk yield was in the below10kg, 10-15kg,15-20kg respectively, the positive rate was60.87%,47.37%,38.24%respectively. When the milk yield was more than20kg, the positive rate incidence was28.57%, which was significantly different (P<0.05).Test2. Dairy cow subclinical mastitis pathogen isllation and identification and drug sensitivity test The test through the acquisition by LMT diagnosis liquid tested positive for50mild samples, bacterial isolation and identification, identification of cow recessive mastitis pathogenic, choose from three different batches in the milk sample is isolated by typical strains of staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus and Escherichia coli were uniformly streak inoculation in blood agar plate, with the disk diffusion method for drug sensitivity test. The results show that,on50suffering from subclinical mastitis mils samples for bacteria isolation, We totally got ten kinds and a total of81isolated strains of bacteria. And45strains (55.56%) were Staphylococci and19strains (23.46%) were Staphylococcus aureus;19strains (23.46%) ones were Streptococci,11strains (12.30%) were Escherichia coli, and the rest6strains of2kinds were other bacteria such as Kleber’s bacteria and so on. That was92.59%of bovine Subclinical mastitis was caused by Staphylococci, Streptococci and Escherichia coli, especially Staphylococcus aureus. It was rare that the infection caused by only one bacteria, and70.00%were mixed with two-three bacteria. The results of drug sensitivity tests were shown that the Predominant baeteria in this area were resistant to Penieillin and StrePtomyein, while sensitive to Norfloxaci, Cephalexin, Amikacin, Norfloxacin and Gentamicin and Chinese herbal medicine.Test3. Chinese mddicine treatment of dairy cattle subclinical mastitis effect test This test will sicken for recessive mastitis of cow61heads were randomly divided into three groups (A, B, C) with different treatment methods for treatment.A group used the Chinese medicine to carry on the25cows, B group used the antibiotic to carry on the25cows, C group was a control group and no measure was carried on11cows. In fourth days after treatment and eighth days treatment, using LMT method for determination of curative effect,Observation of the changes and lacation amount. The results show that,A group used the Chinese medicine cured19cows and the cure rate was up to76%, the effective number is22, the efficiency was up to88%, the difference was greatly significant (P<0.01); B group used antibiotic drugs cured10cows after8d and the cure rate was40%, the effective number is13, the efficiency was52%, the difference was significant (P<0.05); C group used no drugs was one self-healing.The average milk yield in A group was18.8kg before treatment, but after8d treatment, the milk yield increased to25.3kg, a net increase of6.5kg, the difference was greatly significant(P<0.01); the average milk yield in B group before treatment was19.2kg, but after8d treatment, the milk yield was21.8kg, a net increase of2.6kg, the difference was significant (P<0.05); Because C group did not use any treatment, the disease increased and the milk yield decreased, from18.7kg to14.5kg, a net decrease of4.2kg. So using the Chinese medicine to cure subclinical mastitis was the better treatment at present.
