| The experiment studied on the effects of isoflavone from Pueraria lobata,Pue and Soybean isoflavone on SM3 cherry valley duck's growth,Ca and P metabolism, especially on growth,Ca and P metabolism and slaughtering performace in the 21st and 42nd day.It also studied the effects of three does on Pue and Soybean isoflavone.Choose 160 SM3 cherry valley duck which in good health and allocated into 8 groups in random based on their weight, each of them has 4 repeation and 5 ducks in each repeation,adaped to 4×2 two factors devided factors experimental design.The experiment 1 used basal diet and basal diet add to isoflavone from Pueraria lobata(10mg/kg),Pue (10mg/kg)and Soybean isoflavone(10mg/kg); The experiment 2 used basal diet and basal diet add to Soybean isoflavone (5mg/kg,10mg/kg,15mg/kg); The experiment 3 used basal diet and basal diet add to Pue(5mg/kg,10mg/kg,15mg/kg).Each experiment allocated into 2 period(8-21days and 22-42 days),each duck eat basal diet until add to addtive(the eighth day),and then slaughtered at 21 and 42days to test the slaughtering performace ,albumin,total protein , hydroxyproline in blood and DNA,RNA in muscle and Ca,P both in blood and bone,ACP,STrACP in blood and other markers in bone.It shows that the albumin and total protein in Soybean isoflavone(10mg/kg) increased 1.56% and 10.86%,the quaintity of RNA and R/D value increased 7.04% and 70.89% in the 21st day; Isoflavone from Pueraria lobata(10mg/kg) group the albumin more than control group(P<0.05), the quaintity of RNA and R/D value increased 9.01% and 6.21% in the 42nd day, all slaughtering markers more than control group(P>0.05).Female ducks slaughtering performance, rate of eviscerated yield,rate of eviscerated yield with giblets, meat factor rate all more than male duck(P>0.05),and the isoflavone from Pueraria lobata(10mg/kg) is the best. Pue (10mg/kg) made chest muscle rate,leg muscle rate,meat factor rate increased 2.73%,2.61%,2.56% than control group,the isoflavone from Pueraria lobata(10mg/kg) made leg muscle rate,meat factor rate increased 5.54%,1.23%. The effects of isoflavone on Ca and P metabolism Soybean isoflavone(10mg/kg) >isoflavone from Pueraria lobata(10mg/kg)>Pue(10mg/kg),and the male bone formation >absorption,which can keep bone health by increased the quaintity of Ca,P,BMD,AKP and decreased the quaintity of STrACP.All does of soybean isoflavone made the quantity of protein more than control group(P>0.05);Middle and high does can decreased fodder returns,increasd slaughtering performance, rate of eviscerated yield,rate of eviscerated yield with giblets,especially high does can increased meat factor rate. The effects of soybean isoflavone (5mg/kg<10mg/kg<15mg/kg). The quantity of Ca in soybean isoflavone 10mg/kg more than control group(p=0.054) in the 21st day,and bone wet weight more than other group, male more than female(p<0.01).Pue has effects on animal's growth,but not obvious.Considered its price and other devotion we thought it not a good way to add pue to increase animal's growth.The quantity of AKP and hydroxyproline in blood of 5mg/kg more than control group(p<0.01) in the 21st day and Pue10mg/kg,15mg/kg decreased the quantity of Ca both in blood and bone(P<0.05), 15mg/kg decreased the quantity of P in bone(P<0.05).We can see by sex,the quantity of P in blood and wet weight of bone in male ducks more than female's(p=0.05,0.075). |
