Study On Ecological Adaptation Of Different Varieties Of Beer Barley On Hilly And Valley Area Of Middle Of Gansu

The morphological characters, stress resistance, quality, yield and economy benefit of 6 barley varieties including Aspen, Fawaweite, 9303, Ganpi No.2, Ganpi No.3 and Ganpi No.4 were studied in Tangjiao castle of Tuanjie countryside of Anding district. The results show:1. The tiller percentage of Ganpi No.4, 9303 is over 60%, others is below 60%; 9303, Ganpi No.2, Ganpi No.3, Ganpi No.4 are highly lodging resistant and Aspen and Fawaweite are normal; The resistance to barley leaf, stripe rust and smut of 6 barley varieties is high; The photosynthesis of flag leaf , second leaf, soluble sugar content, the Pro content of the 6 experimental materials are respectively 9.37～11.57μmol·m^-2·s^-1,6.42～7.79μmol·m^-2·s^-1,8.699～11.56%,4.5～8.83%. The photosynthesis of flag leave, second leaf, the soluble sugar content, the Pro content and so on of 9303, Ganpi No. 4, Ganpi No. 3, Ganpi No. 2 are higher than other varieties, the synthesis display adaptation are strong, fertility is good; the photosynthesis of second leaf, the Pro content of 9303 are the highest, and respectively reach 7.79μmol·m^-2·s^-1,10.65%,8.83%. But the photosynthesis of flag leaf, second leaf,the Pro content of Aspen are the lowest in several varieties, and respectively reach 9.37μmol·m^-2·s^-1,6.42μmol·m^-2·s^-1,4.5%, Aspen is the quite sensitive to moisture content lacks, and the adaptation of drought resistance was bad.2. The halm of Ganpi No.2 and 9303 is strong and accumulation of matter are more,biological production is high; The yield of 6 varieties change between 2948.76～4365.818 kg/hm², and the yield of 9303 is the highest(4365.818 kg/hm²), Aspen is the lowest(2948.76 kg/hm²);By grey relating degree analysis, the main factors related to barley yield are efficacious spike quantityï¹¥plant heightï¹¥grain quantity per single plantï¹¥thousand kernal weightï¹¥ear length in ecological environment of Inner Dingxi region, so we ought to pay attention to efficacious spike quantity, grain quantity per single plant and plant height.3.The protein content of 6 barley varieties is more than 12.5%, and not reach...
