(1) This experimen was disigned that MLT regarded as the main composition of "MAILATOLING "was used to do the safety toxicity testing on mice, the experiment r esult of mice acute toxicity of MAILATOLING is that the LD₅₀ is 255.91 ±s41.18 8 mg/ kg .WB through belly cavity injection. In the subacute toxicity testing, red cel 1, white cell, lymphoid cell, neutral grain cell, single nucleus cell, eosinophil a nd love the alkaline cell of matched control, low deal set and high deal set all were within the scope of normal, each group made no remarkable difference (P>0.05) andshowed that the hematology index was normal; ALT, cholesterol and urea nitrogen was too within the scope of normal, and each group made no remarkable difference (P >0.05), and showed the blood biochemical index was normal; the check result of histo pathology slide enunciated that heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, testicle and ov ary of all had not the pathologic variety. The result Ames of mutation test and the tiny nuclear test was negative, and showed that the MAILATOLING had not mutation effe ct and caused mice cell the mutation。(2) Gansu Alpine Finewool Merino ewes were choosed to do the implant experiment, and studied effect on the increasing weight of ewe , oestrus and 17 β -E₂, P₄ of the blood plasma,the result showed that 0 ～ 15d, 15 ～ 30 d weight increase of MAILA TOLING + PMSG group was remarkable and lower than matched control( P<0.05) res pectively;30 ～ 45d, 45～60d MAILATOLING group was remarkable and lower tha n matched control( P<0.05) respectively .That period and else group had not remarkabl e difference(P>0.05)。The oestrus time of the first ewe of MAILATOLING group had advanced about 30 than the matched control, and oestrus rate had increased 40 percent age points than the matched controll。This showed that "MAILATOLING" group make Gansu Alpine Finewool Merino ewes to oestrus in advance. On August 11,17 β -E₂ concentration of MAILATOLING group was remarkable higher than matched c ontrol( P<0.05).
