| "Kangjin2# muticompound granule fertilizer"is a tackling key scientific item of Inner Mongolia during the 10th five year plan .It is developed by the Chemistry and Environment collage of Inner Mongolia Normal University. The fertilizer, with major-elements, micro-elements, humic acid and amino acids which are essential to crops, is stuffed by Kangjin2# soil from Ordos. With the American diammonium as antitheses, this discourse discusses the physiological and biochemistrical influences of Kangjin2# muticompound granule fertilizer on the maize in different growing stage.The experiment results from vegetable basis of Huhhot shows that the daily dynamic of the maize net photosynthesis rate is a parabola curve, without giving any"midday depression"phenomena. The maize photosynthesis rate peak appears from 12am to 14 pm. The season dynamic curve of maize photosynthesis rate is also a parabola, the peak appear at heading stage. According to the T-test, the influences of the 3 kinds of fertilizers on maize photosynthesis rate have no significant difference. The daily dynamic curves of stomatal conductance and transpiration rate are similar to photosynthesis rate, than the intercelluler CO2 concentration and photosynthesis rate appearing negative dependence. The influences of the 3 types fertilizers on maize photosynthesis rate , transpiration rate, intercelluler CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance have no significant difference every growing stage. The seasonal dynamic of chlorophyll content is a parabola curve. The ratio of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b is lower during the seedling stage, higher during the jointing stage and drops dramatically in heading and filling stage.
