It has been proved by practice that measures such as nutrition regulation, uterus cleaning and so on, are able to increase the pregnancy rate of local cattle insemination with frozen semen. For the propose, the study is based on timely insemination in estrous synchronization, combined with nutrition regulation, vagina cleaning, and expected to explore integrated matching measures of AI with frozen semen which are simple, able to warrant high rate of pregnancy, and most suited for China local yellow cattle.159 reproducible female yellow cattle were randomly divided to 5 groups.
