Difficulty in estrous diagnoses and untimely insemination have been trouble things since artificial insemination(AI) was applied. Heretofore, they are still big problems in the development of cattle husbandry industrialization and local breeds improvement. It's a new way to study timely insemination in estrous synchronization for solving them. The facts that were lack of nutrition, ragged body condition and high rate of vagina inflammation required taking relevant measures to insure cow normal genital state and against decrease of rate of pregnancy. It has been proved by practice that measures such as nutrition regulation, uterus cleaning and so on, are able to increase the pregnancy rate of local cattle insemination with frozen semen. For the propose, the study is based on timely insemination in estrous synchronization, combined with nutrition regulation, vagina cleaning, and expected to explore integrated matching measures of AI with frozen semen which are simple, able to warrant high rate of pregnancy, and most suited for China local yellow cattle.159 reproducible female yellow cattle were randomly divided to 5 groups. Group I adopt injecting "GnRH+PG+GnRH" for estrous synchronization. Nutrition regulation was made 15d before estrous synchronization. Vagina cleaning was made 5d before mating. Group II was injected with " GnRH+PG+EB" for estrous synchronization. Nutrition regulation and vagina cleaning accorded with Group I . To Group III, treat for estrous synchronization and vagina cleaning were uniform with Group I , but without nutrition regulation.
