At present, the study on the gonadotropin receptor (FSHR and LHR) are mainly focused on testis and ovary, FSH stimulate the development and maturation of ovarian follicles as well as the production of estrogen in granulosa cells, and affect the function of Sertoli cells and thus indirectly affect sperm formation. LH was mainly direct the production of androgen in theca cells,which provide substrate for the synthesis of estrogen in granulosa cells, and initiate ovulation and maintain the production of progesterone in corpus luteum, and stimulate androgen production of Ledig cells in testis, which provide appropriate environment for the development of sperm. Gonadotropin binds its specific receptor in the membrane of target cells, which lead to a conformational change of the ligand-receptor complex, furthermore, regulate the activity of adenylate cyclase, and then catalyse adenosine triphosphate (ATP) into cyclic adenosine triphosphate (cAMP), which activates cAMP-dependent protein kinase, leading to the synthesis of the corresponding mRNA and a new effective protein. Untill now, the FSHR gene expressing in the nongonadal system rarely reported.We selected uterus which belongs to the reproductive system as an object, to reveal further its expression in the uterus, and study the significance of its expression in the uterus.1.RT-PCR method was used to testify the presence of FSHRmRNA in the uterus of JiNing Gray Goat of different estrous cycle in order to study whether it is involved in the regulation of the function of uterus ,and real-time PCR method was used to estimate the concentration of FSHRmRNA during different estrous cycle. 2.Immnohistochenmical methods was performed to testify whether the FSHR proteins are present in the uterus or not and to study their possible localization and distribution in the tissues or cells of uterus in Jining gray goat .1,Data showed that the fragments we obtained by RT-PCR in this study were correspondent with the expected ones,and the level of the FSHRmRNA in the cervix were various during different estrous cycle.The level of FSHRmRNA was lowest in the diestrous(1.003±0.050),which ascended in the proestrous(5.660±1.517),then reached the highest amount in the estrous(8.419±2.430) ,and then declined in metestrous(2.361±0.097).The different between estrous and metestrous are more significant(P<0.05) as well as estrous and diestrous(P<0.05),but the others are not significant one another(P>0.05). while in the uterus horn the result is different ,the higest level of FSHRmRNA are present in the uterus horn of metaestrous(13.320±3.702),which is significantly higher than the others(P<0.05).But there is no significant difference between the others(P>0.05),just a slight higer in the proestrous(2.224±1.202)compared to estrous(1.147±0.466) and diestrous(1.043±0.295).The result supplies molecule data for further researching the mechanism of reproductive endocrine secretion of goat.2,Immunopositive staining cells was found in the uterus.Some scattered cells in the lamina propria of the uterine endometrium also showed positively strong staining .The endometrium epithelial cells and the gland epithelial cells were all negative.In the uerine cervix,staining was absent in the epithelial cells.
