Study On Cultivation Techniques Of Ber(Ziziphus Mauritiana Lamk) In Horticultural Greenhouse In Beijing

In this study, introduced eleven cultivars of Ber(Ziziphus mauritiana Lamk)were cultivated in greenhouse at Institute of Forestry and pomology,Beijing.Contrast experiments about biological characteristics, Propagation techniques and pot culture were studied. The corresponding culture and management techniques were established.The results show as follows:(1)We have selected the elite cultivars to be cultivated in greenhouse in Northern China .the best cultivar is "Galo", five subsequent cultivars are"Dashijie", "Taiguomizao" , "Huanguan", , "Biyun"and "Cuimi".(2)The experiment of pot culture of Ber(Ziziphus mauritiana Lamk)show that :the big size pot could help Ber grow better;the optimum period of potting is after the stumping or during bud sprouting period,in addition,root-cutting a month before is also helpful.The best matrix is multiple mediums(soil: chicken manure or soil : chicken manure : perlite)as cultivated soil with 3 : 1 or 2: 1: 1; "Taiguomizao"is the best potted cultivar.(3)The experiment to grow seedlings of wild species in yunnan province used as rootstock show that :Its plump seed index is about 50%; The stones must be soaked in water for at least 60 hours before sown, 22-26 ℃ sown temperature is the best choice, the optimum mediums is fine sand. The rooting medium for rootstock of Ziziphus mauritiana is 1/2MS basic medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/L IBA, 0.1 mg/L IAA, 0.01 mg/L BA. HgCl₂ is better than NaClO₃ as sterilization reagents of Ber explants and the appropriate time is 3-4 min. In initial culture and multiplication culture of Ber, different cultivars and dencity of IBA and 6-BA has significant effects to tissue culture.(4) The reseach of culture and management techniques indicated that,(a)Optimization Proportioning ofN,P and K fertilizers is N: P: k≈3: 1: 3.
