| The research has carried out the studies on cutting propagation and water adjustability in different water supply of Lonicera brownii, which has market potential and high application value in Beijing areas. The results are summarized as follows:1.The cutting propagation can be carried out in summer and autumn. There isn't significantly effect on rooting percent under lower IBA(under 250ppm) concentration in autumn, but higher concentrations suppress the growth of roots. Rooting percent is remarkably enhanced under the low IBA concentration treatment (100ppm) in summer.2.Low concentration IBA(100ppm)treatment can not only shorten rooting time, but also increase roots number on node and internode evidently, which may enhance root quality.3.In autumn,we obtain the best rooting status in 1/2 sand +1/2 vermiculite medium under different IBA treatments; but, media don't significantly effect on rooting without IBA.4.The leaf relative water content,growth ratio,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),actual photosystem II efficiency (ΦPSII) etc is closely related to water supply; but the electrolyte leakage,MDA content,the SOD enzyme activity and the proline content is declining with the increasing water supply accordingly. Responses to different water supply show that Lonicera brownii has a certain extent adjustability. |
