Tissue Culture And Rapid Propagation Of Four Kinds Plant Of Lonicera

The tissue culture of four kinds honeysuckle preliminary raised, generated, rootcultivated and transplated were studied.The four kinds honeysuckle were Lonicera tellmanniana,Lonicera tatarica,Loniceraxylosteum and Lonicera "Dropmore Scarlet",which is the excellent appreciated garden plant,because its low tradition multiplication, the advanced tissue culture methode was researched tomultiple in order to gain more plant in the short time to fulfill the market demand, the variety ofthe four kinds honeysuckle were stuided in the culture process in the same time.The results showed that in preliminary culture phase stem segments as explant can reduce thepollution rate;the concentration of 6-BA changed from 0.5mg/L to 4mg/L was lack of therelevance to the growth explant,all kinks honeysuckle explant grow slowly and almost nochange;ZT added in the culture has greatly promoted the plumule.In the generation phase the optimum culture of Lonicera tellmanniana and Lonicera"Dropmore Scarlet" were ZY1 culture medium, the oiptimum culture of Lonicera tatarica wasH9 culture;the optimum culture of Lonicera xylosteum was H9*.In the root cultivated phase, the optimum culture of Lonicera tellmanniana was Y37-04(IAA1.8mg/L)culture, the optimum culture of Lonicera tatarica and Lonicera xylosteum wasY37-0(IAA1.0mg/L)culture,the optimum culture of Lonicera "Dropmore Scarlet" was Y37-03(IAA1.6mg/L)culture.The rootage yong plant was transplanted to the manual culture medium and the survival ratewas 98%.This paper discussed the effect of various generation culture and the effect of variousculture on the rootage .the results showed that the research can be referenced for the four kinds honeysuckle factoryproduction.
