This paper analyzed the merits and shortcomings of diversified plant devices, to accomplished the theory of mechanism and parameter and the experimental study on suction drum-type rice precision seeder on the base of further investigation of available precision seeders both at and abroad. Through theoretical analysis and computer simulation and experimental study, analyzed effective parameters of the functions of suction drum-type rice precision seeder. Analyzed each modal frequency of seed box using modal analysis in finite-element method at analyzed the vibrating system, which provided the theoretical basis to ascertain the work frequency of vibrating system of seed box. Using the finite element programming (ANSYS) to analyzed stress and motion of seeds in the seed box, analyzed air current of suction pore of different pass and bore diameter, gained the effect relation between the suction pores and absorptive power. Through build the dynamics model of the seed received force near the suction pore, gained the principal structural parameters to design the seeder device. Established the dynamics model between the distance of suck seeds and the air current velocity of the porthole, in order to help the suction seed effectiveness to proceed the experimental of the suction drum-type rice precision seeder, combined the finite-element method and used the experiment and measure to put to the proof the air flow field is uniform in the cylinder. At last, analyzed different cases of the suck seed and seed sowing in different types suction pore which in different rotational speed and suction pressure of the seeder device by experiment. Combined data processing system (DPS), established the regression mathematic model of the cave rate of lacking and the enter rate of 1~2 by regression analysis.This paper gained some useful regular patterns through theoretical analysis, computer simulation and experimental study, theses provided theoretical basis for parameter design and further improve performance of seeder device, and also build a foundation for practical application of suction drum-type rice precision seeder.
