Seed pelleting is a seed treatment technology that has been gradually developed on the basis of seed coating technology in order to meet the demand for precise sowing in modern agriculture.Aiming at the problems of poor mixing uniformity between seed powders and low pass rate of pelletization in the current process of pelletizing wheatgrass seeds,this thesis designed a pelletized vibratory coating machine for wheatgrass seeds.The combined movement of vibration and rotation and the optimization of the pelletizing coating process parameters promote the full and uniform mixing of the seed powder,thereby improving the pelletizing qualification rate of the wheatgrass seeds.The main research conclusions are as follows: The structure of the feeding system(seed,powder,liquid medicine supply equipment)of the wheatgrass seed pelletized vibratory coating machine is designed,the source of dynamic measurement error in the working process of the feeding system is explored,and the error is carried out.test.The results show that the average error of the seed and powder supply equipment is within 2%,and the liquid supply equipment of the liquid medicine supply equipment is about 106 ml per second,which meets the requirements of equipment use,indicating that the feeding system can achieve accurate and quantitative supply;design The structure of the pelletized coating system of the Agropyron seed pelletized vibratory coating machine was analyzed.Ansys Workbench software was used to simulate and analyze the static,dynamic and vibration characteristics of the pelletized coating system frame to meet the requirements of different coating pan vibrations.The requirements of frequency,rotation speed,inclination angle,and frame strength and rigidity;theoretically studied the mixing mechanism and evaluation criteria between seed powders,using dispersion coefficient as the evaluation index,using EDEM software to simulate and analyze different process parameters(coating pan vibration frequency,Rotation speed,inclination)on the mixing uniformity between seed powder,and design a single factor test with the pill pass rate J as the evaluation index.The results show that when the vibration frequency,rotation speed and inclination angle of the coating pan are respectively 20 Hz,45 r/min,and 40°,the dispersion coefficient is the smallest,and the pass rate of pelletization is the highest.This verifies the reliability and accuracy of the simulation results;use Design-Expert designed a quadratic regression orthogonal test,and used the pill pass rate J as the evaluation index to analyze the influence of different process parameters and perform response surface analysis.The test results show that when the vibration frequency,rotation speed,and inclination angle of the coating pan are 21 Hz,45 r/min,and 41°,respectively,the pelletizing qualification rate is the highest,93.2%,and the pellet coating effect of wheatgrass seeds is better.
