From starting with integrated consideration of soil-environment-human's angle, Ecological Balanced Fertilization was a new system which based on theoretical basis of Ecological Balanced Fertilization model and eco-fertilizer as the carrier. Researching Ecological Balanced Fertilization model parameters was foundation of the application of Ecological Balanced model and the implementation of Ecological Balanced Fertilization.This experiment has researched the Ecological Balanced Fertilization Model's four parameters, namely, P,Lfsp,Tn+1,Tn; And applicating four parameters forecasted the dosage of nitrogen fertilizer of soybean in Themeadow Chernozem, soybean output reached 2800kg·hm-2, it required 78.86kg·hm-2 pure nitrogen. Through experiment of 15N microplot showed that: gaseous losses of fertilizer nitrogen was 1.259g·m-2, soil residued nitrogen was 1.023g·m-2 in Ecological Balanced Fertilization plot, monitored at the same time that chemical nitrogen fertilizer was almost no leakage because there was illuvial layer in the depth of 100~120cm in this area. Through experiment designation of different nitrogen dosage showed that: amount of cumulative ammonia volatilization increased followed by dosage of nitrogen fertilizer increased after soybean planting in soybean field. Amount of ammonia volatilization lossed from fertilizer was 1.23,4.85,10.42,17.96,20.27kgN·hm-2 in plot of dosage of pure nitrogen was 20,40,60,80,78kg per hectare, occupied its'dosage was 6.15%,12.13%,19.22%,22.45% and 24.56% respectively. Increasing dosage of nitrogen fertilizer, after harvesting, it could increase the cumulation of nitrate-N in 0~120cm soil body, especially, could increase obviously the cumulation of nitrate-N in 20~40cm soil layer; In a certain scope, increasing the dosage of nitrogen fertilizer could increase the amount of microbial biomass-N, when the dosage of nitrogen fertilizer was 60kg·hm-2, the amount of microbial biomass-N reached the largest value, 218.5mg·kg-1, when the dosage of nitrogen fertilizer was 80kg·hm-2, the amount of microbial biomass-N reduced to 201.6 mg·kg-1; Increasing the dosage of nitrogen fertilizer could increase the amount of nitrification bacteria and denitrification bacteria and the activity of Urease,could increase the loss of nitrogen element; In a certain scope, increasing the dosage of nitrogen fertilizer could increase soybean yield and crude protein content, when the dosage of nitrogen fertilizer was 60kg·hm-2, its reached largest value respectively, when...
