In this study,the oil peony cultivar ’Feng Dan’(five year old and seven year old)was used as the research object of the peony demonstration garden of Ningxia dry farming water saving agricultural science and Technology Demonstration Park(Tongxin County town).The dynamic changes of the content of the mineral elements in the annual growth cycle were studied,and the field fertilizer efficiency test of "3414" soil formula was set up.The effect of N,P and K on the growth and yield of’Feng Dan’ peony was aimed at providing scientific basis for scientific and rational fertilization,improving the utilization rate of fertilizer and increasing the income of farmers in Ningxia area.The main results are as follows:1.there is a certain relationship between the dynamic changes of 10 mineral elements in the leaves of peony ’Feng Dan’ in the annual growth period.In the large trace elements,the content of N:1.23-3.32%,P content:0.35-0.91%,K content:0.60-1.15%,Ca content:2.70-6.10%,Mg content:0.31-0.53%,Ca>N>K>P>Mg;the content of nitrogen and phosphorus decreased gradually during the growth period,and the content of potassium,calcium and magnesium decreased first and then decreased in the growth period,germination period and flower.The period is a large amount of nitrogen and phosphorus phase of ’Feng Dan’,while the fruit development period is a large amount of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium phases of ’Feng Dan’.In trace elements,the content of Fe:81.68-143.07mg.Kg-1,Mn content:0.22-6.12mg.Kg-1,Cu content:15.67-20.45mg.Kg-1,Zn content:4.82-22.92mg kg-1,the variation trend of copper in the growth period is consistent with nitrogen and phosphorus,and the changes of iron,manganese,copper and boron are all Dissimilarity.At the same time,the correlation of 10 mineral elements in the leaves of the peony of’Feng Dan’ showed different degrees of correlation,and some of the correlation coefficients reached a significant or extremely significant level.The five elements of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,copper and boron were closely related to most of the other elements,indicating that they played an important role in regulating the equilibrium r~elationship among the elements.In addition,the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium is higher in the leaves of the peony o ’Feng Dan’,and the content of boron in the trace elements is also high,indicating that the leaves of peony are rich in boron.1.’Feng Dan’ peony "3414" field fertilization experiment showed that the growth indices of 14 treatments were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the application of N,P and K fertilizer could effectively promote plant growth,and the morphological indexes of the seeds of ’Feng Dan’harvested under the 14 treatments were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating the application of N,P and K fertilizer.The seed quality of ’Feng Dan’ could be improved effectively;the comparative analysis of yield under 14 treatments showed that the seed yield of ’Feng Dan’ was the highest when the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium total fertilizer was properly applied.The analysis showed that the soil fertility rate of ’Feng Dan’ was 62.52%,that is,62.52%of the seed yield of ’Feng Dan’ was produced by soil fertility,and the other 37.48%of the yield was produced by fertilization,which indicated that the soil fertility was low in this experiment,and the primary factor for increasing the yield of’Feng Dan’ was nitrogen fertilizer,followed by potassium and phosphorus.Fat.The economic benefit analysis shows that the highest increase rate of treatment 6 is 59.96%,and the output value is the highest,reaching 553.25 yuan/667m2.The recommended fertilizer amount analysis showed that the maximum nitrogen fertilization amount was 24.36kg/667m2,the maximum fertilizer amount of 22.98kg/667m2 phosphorus was 8.26kg/667m2,the optimum fertilizer amount was 7.83-7.95kg/667m2,the maximum fertilizer amount of potassium was 20.16kg/667m2,and the optimum fertilizer amount was 16.66-17.56kg/667m2.
