The garlic becomes the people essential health care vegetables in daily life with the unique flavor and the formidable medical health care function. However, because of the strict limit of the cultivated season, the period of supply of the fresh scape and bulb of garlic is extremely limited. The off-season garlic supply is the main way to solve the fresh scape and bulb of garlic in whole year and the important measure to adjust the facility cultivation structure pattern and to reduce the continuous cropping barrier. This experiment, in the studied foundation of the predecessor, further selected off-season garlic cultivars, regulated the off-season cultivation garlic's bulb growth with applying the technology of the plant growth regulator and dark-breaking, enriched the basis theory of research to the growth of the garlic scape and bulb, and provided the basic for the garlic off-season cultural technique.Its main result and the conclusion are as follows:(1) SA could obviously promote the garlic bulb swelling and mass accumulating, the effect of the treatment of SA concentration at 200mg·L-1 is most remarkable; SA restrained the growth of the garlic plant, shortened the garlic scape and reduced the yield of garlic scape; SA can obviously improve the nutrition quality of the garlic bulb and scape, the best result was obtained on SA concentration at 200mg·L-1; And SA increases the activity of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) but decreases activity of catalase (CAT) in garlic bulb.(2) CCC restrained the growth of the garlic plant, shortened the garlic scape and reduced the yield of the garlic scape; CCC could promote the garlic bulb swelling and mass accumulating, the effect of the treatment of CCC concentration at 200mg·L-1 is most remarkable; CCC also can obviously improve the nutrition quality of the garlic bulb and scape; And CCC increases the activity of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in garlic bulb.(3) BR promoted the growth of the garlic plant, lengthened the garlic scape and increased the yield of the garlic scape, The best result was obtained on BR concentration at 0.5mg?L-1;BR limited the garlic bulb swelling, but still can increase bulb weight.; BR was extremely remarkable improved the nutrition quality of the garlic bulb and scape, the best result was obtained on BR concentration at 0.5mg·L-1; And BR increases the activity of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in garlic bulb.
