In this paper, the tissues cultured seedlings of Siraitia grosvenorii was used as the material. In order to improve the propagation technology of tissues cultured seedlings of Siraitia grosvenorii, transplant technique of tissue cultured seedling was studied from different aspects such as the transplant soil selection, pretreatment before transplantation, selection of transplant season and time, temperature and humidity, application of fertilizer, control techniques of disease and pest.1. Their roots grew well when the seedling were cultured on the 1/2MS medium without any plant growth regulater for 30 days, and the transplantation survival rate reached 80%. , their roots grew well after seedling cultured on the 1/2MS medium with 0.1mg/L IBA 15 days, and the transplantation survival rate reached 78%--the hightest rate. 1/2MS basic with NAA or 2,4-D indused a lot of callus while induse roots, and the seedling survival rate was very low.2. Building up seedling is favourable to increase the survival rate of seedling's transplantation. Four kinds of treatment were tested. Keeping the seedling in the plastic Green House for 3day and then explosing them for 3 days after opened the bottle cover , this treatment got the highest survival rate .The survival rate of seedling's transplantation were different during September, October, November. It reached 43%, 61%, 78% respectively. November was the most suitable month for transplantation during autumn and winter.The weather and the period of time influenced the survival rate greatly. The survival rate of seedling's transplantation of cloudy or rainy day were higher than that of sunny day.,and it was not influenced by the time of transplantation in cloudy or rainy day. In sunny day, transplanting in the afternoon had the hightest survival rate ,while transplanting at noon had the lowest one.The planting depth , planting stability, the air tempreture and humidity had effect on the survival rate of seedling's transplantation .It is favorble to increase the transplantation survival rate by compacting the soil, planting 2cm deep, then covering up 1 layer solar screen above the seedling bed .0.3% (NH2)2CO could promote the growth of the plant,0.3% KH2PO4 had an obvious effect on the root tuber expansion ..The soil such as peat(P), clinker(C), the soil from field(F) and the soil from the surface of the mountain(M), have different effect on the transplantation. The seedling grew well when they were transplanted in those soil medium which composition was P:C:F =1:1:1. The old soil ,which was used previously, could also be used again by fertilizing 0.1% (NH2)2CO and 0.1%KH2PO4 every week.The cutting seedling can use to propagation, but the length of cutting has influence on the survival rate of seedling's transplantation. the survival rate of the 6 cm cutting were 93% . It's root primordin began to bourgon after the cutting had been transplanted 10 days. The root system were developed well after 20 days.Downy mildew and Nematode disease are the most dangours disease during the seedling bluild up period .Downy mildew can be treated with 10-3 50% flumorph; the control effects to Downy mildew were 90.73% on the 16th day. Nematode disease could be control with tow bag Fuberedazol in the soil of each plastic green house ,the infection rate of Nematode was only 0.54 after 90ds transplantation.
