The objections of this study to determine the effects of Antioxidant from microbe (AFM) on①Free radical metabolic and liver damage repairs of SD rats in experiment conditions.②Free radical metabolic and produce performance of milch cow in production conditions.Experiment1: 95 male SD rats were divided at random into 4 groups, trail 1 was blank control, and trail 2 was LPS control. Tail 3 and 4 were add AFM 0.5 and 1.0 ml/per·day with water. On the 29th day of experiment trail 2,3,4were injected LPS 3mg/Kg?WB. Results show:①on the 28th of experiment, AFM can improve the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and liver(P<0.05), reduce the content of NO in serum,MDA in liver and the activity of ALT in serum(P<0.05).②After injecting LPS, the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and liver was depress. on the 20h, the activity of SOD and GSH-Px was lower notability(P<0.05), and then, become recover. After 140h, the recover speed of SOD in AFM groups was well than LPS control, but GSH-Px was quite.③After injecting LPS, the content of NO and MDA in serum and liver was raise. And on the 20h, trail 2,3,4 were higher than blank...
