Effect Of The Microbiotic Antioxidant Supplementation On Reproductive Performance And Free Radical Metabolism

Objective: In order to investigate the relationship among microbiotic antioxidant,free radical metabolism and reproductive ability, to discuss free radical metabolism influence the body growth as well as the development of organs. The level of microbiotic antioxidant and free radical metabolism were regulated. So we can enhance the reproduction performance through the nutrition regulation.Methods: The first experiment selected sixty four 70-day SD rats, which were randomly divided into four groups: one control group and three experiment groups. The control group was fed a basal diet. At the basal diet lever, Group 1 was supplied microbiotic antioxidant in the drinking water, Group 2 was injected endotoxin through intraperitoneal injection to establish organism damage model and group 3 was added microbiotic antioxidant as well as injected endotoxin to establish a body repair model.
