| Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa is a good wild plant for slope protection, but not for large-scale development. The effect for improving seeds' germination rate is studied by gibberellin, stratification and concentrated sulfuric acid. Meanwhile, the adaptability of artificial cultivation, the capacity of antiscour and doughty is studied, and the experiment does research on evaluation of slope protection for use of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa scientifically. The results show:gibberellin solution can break seed dormancy of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa ,0.8‰ gibberellin solution could bring the highest rate, germination rate and energy is 81.5 % and 73.5 %. By the Stratification methods in room temperature , germination rate can increase to 48.5 %,however ,the effect is not greatly for 4℃ and-20℃. The effect of germination is not good by concentrated sulfuric acid.Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa ,planted in artificial slope, shows good adaptability. Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa's green time is longer than Amorpha Fruticosa Us. and stronger in adaptation capacity with water conditions change. The root is investigated and analyzed. The result show: Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa is stronger than Amorpha Fruticosa L. in improving soil aggregate structure and soil infiltration and increasing soil erosion resistance. Through the study on droughty, the result with relative electrical conductivity, malondialdehyde, praline acid and water retaining capacity shows that the drought-resistant ability of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa is stronger than Amorpha Fruticosa.'s. |
